I have the bad habit of changing channels frequently, sometimes the duration of watching a channel before going to another is so short that someone who don’t know me may think I am just counting how many channels my cable connection is providing. In between my quick trip over channels, I always love to stop in street skate boarding shows where teenage skate boarders are doing various playful tricks on board. Aside from their skills, I always noticed that these adventure loving teens always like to wear uncommon gadgets and tries to be different from others which have made “Flip.Kick” a perfect suit for them. Inspired by the ‘cloth clips’, this device can be worn in a range of stylish way and features dual charging facilities, i.e. through solar power and kinetic movements which is similar to spinning a key chain. Pedalboard is not your conventional skateboard anymore, it’s a skate board bicycle hybrid. It is designed with the idea of combining free action of a board and geared advantage of a bike. You’ll get the freedom to climb hills without having to push like a conventional skateboard, thank you to the special designed spring that is loaded with “half cranking action”. A pair of large wheels and air tires will give the board capability to deal with dirt, rough concrete, or cracks in the pavement.

The need of space-use efficiency has directed the designers to many innovative concept products ranging from bicycles to full fledged cars. But folding skate board is quite an exceptional idea for user convenience, portability and space minimizing. The board is actually a combination of two parts connected with a clump at the middle. The combination of black upper surface with a led direction indicator and the white under surface has given the skate board a fabulous look. The movable rear wheel base will allow you to place the wheels in an organized way when you will fold the board. Foldable skateboard might look cool, but the real skateboarders don’t seem to agree with this idea.

The concept of Pumpboard by 3KANT has shown the world how the skateboard may look like in near future. According to the designer, this mind-blowing skateboard would be one of the world’s most handy decks. This three wheeler transporter is inflatable with its removable rear axle that will allow the “board” to be revolved into a very compressed unit when you are not using it. The top and the bottom of the Pumpboard are semi-ridged and can give it the required superstructure when the user will fill the deck with compressed air.
