Zero House is a fully climate-controlled and innovative home concept that features separately zoned living and sleeping areas with highly efficient air-conditioning and heating system. All storage compartments and furnishings are built-in to exploit the use of space. The elevated covered deck offers perfect rooftop area for excellent outdoor living. The roof, floor and walls are insulated with closed-cell structured foam, and attain a thermal resistant ranking of R-58. Triple-insulated large windows are fabricated from heat-mirror glass that allows the sunlight to enter the room and prevents heat, to keep a cool and comfortable room environment.
The surfaces of sinks, bath and countertops are made of solid-surfacing material, aiming to provide stunning beauty and durability. Wall panels and cabinetry are made of pre-finished wood, which never requires additional painting. The wall and ceiling panels contain fully-dimmable LED lightings with longevity of around 100,000 hours.

The TFL Bikeshare network concept outlines an efficient and healthy way to realize the ultimate solution for commuters. This concept comprises a foldable e-bike that can be rode from the home and deposited to modular mobile hub, and board a bus. Upon arrival at destination, another hub will be there to rent another bike through using the unique Oystercard which can be availed by leasing the service on a per trip or monthly basis.
The E-bike has been designed with airless tires, robust tubular construction and shaft drive, ensuring durability, while the luminated front bar and dazzling graphics increase the visibility and safety for the rider. E-bikes have designed to be folded quickly and intuitively by the user and deposit it into the storage modules after arriving to a transit hub. RFID technology has been utilized to charge the users on their Oystercard according to the amount of E-bike rental time. When docked, E-bikes act as hub seating and get charged for the next renter.

It has been designed with five different layers and features two mini speakers to produce quality sounds. The left sidebar includes an illuminating touch strip, on which the user can slide their finger to select a color that will come across the switches. The user can learn shapes by following the randomly appearing shapes and accordingly, press the appropriate button for that shape. A rewarding sound will be played with every successful trace. The user can express their feelings with music by utilizing the individual sound assigned for each button such as piano, drums, etc. Moreover, it offers single or multiple player games which will develop the social and responsive skills of the user.
