Cipher is an innovative drinking glass concept that can reveal the name of its inside content on particular side of the glass when a liquid is poured into it. Though the concept has a complex appearance, it works on a very simple principle. The colored shapes, that seems to be randomly scattered all over the glass surface, have actually been posited in a systematic way which can be revealed when some colored liquid such as orange juice, coffee, milk or coke is poured into it. Japanese industrial designer Mac Funamizu has envisioned Infographic coins, a set of coins that can easily be remembered by those who are not much familiar with them. The coins have been designed keeping the pie chart in mind, so a person who knows how to read pie charts will find great convenience recognizing these coins even in dark nights. It’s not been notified by the designer that if the surface of the coins features Braille code, I am sure it would be great for visually handicapped persons if the answer is YES.

Foster and Partners have designed the Yongsan IDB Masterplan, a dream hub to transform the Seoul, Korea from a huge railway goods yard into an extraordinary metropolitan center. The design spot has been envisioned to be easily accessible via three architectural arcs, an icon derived from the Taoist idea of ying and yang. The key point of the design is the landmark tower collection which is made of three spiraling towers known as the ‘helixia’, designed to give the project a new focus and connect three varied areas together, the river han, the yongsan staion and the yongsan electronics district, a place where visitors can enjoy a variety of places like winding ramps and multitude connecting leveled lifts. With the twisting surroundings, helixia, the center of electricity and interaction will become a new global destination.

KOR ONE is a set of limited version water bottles that feature artistic vision through nature-inspired back which helps the water to play a part in the design by refracting light. The goal of the project was to deliver sustainable personal hydration solutions that can meet the serious waste problem of the recent era created by drinking bottles and bottle water. This totally redesigned process has created the ice blue Water Globe, orchid pink United Water of Earth, sunrise orange Unbottled Water and sawgrass green Water (R)Egret, each with different attributes that contributes with keeping a healthy planet and individual healthy condition. This Special Edition version raises money for charity ($5 per bottle) as it raises awareness of the damage caused by using bottled water.
