The Embossing Braille Printer concept is focused on making things easier for blind people. Most of the time, blind people recognize items through touch, smell and test. But difficulties arise when they encounter similar shapes items, while taking smell or testing everything is risky. The Embossing Braille Printer is designed to help blind people to identify similar characteristics items through using special embossed labels. The blind will input short information through a recorder with voice-recognition abilities for similar items like pill bottles, files or CDs. The labels are printed on a 25mm x 50mm label with Braille characters and then are attached with the corresponding items to avoid false identification.

Daniel Molloy, a student of Monash University, has designed Boomer, an excellent tool that provides mobility aid to the quickly increasing elderly population. Boomer is emphasizing most on safety and aims to diminish the risk of stair-related falls, which is an identified major public health concern among the elderly community. The design key innovation is the stair compatible function to allow mobility aid by transforming from a simple walker into a gadget that facilitates the user to go up and down on the stairs safely. BMW Snug is a concept design of a car that makes community. This brilliant design by David Raffai, an expert automotive designer, tried to recover the values of community from this car that are slowly vanishing away from the current corporate world. This thesis project has been done in association with the BMW group and the outcome is undoubtedly a simple and fun product specially designed for people who realize personal relationships and are different from others in their feelings and opinions. The most remarkable achievement of this project is the BMW commission highly appreciated the project.
