This new device is an electronic wrist watch and a mobile phone at the same time. It works on the both touch screen and voice recognition technology and the phone may be activated or deactivated via the green or red line given in the device. It also has a built in scrolling function that allows the user to move between various functions that is available on the device. Earlier this year, Toyota and Royal College of Art Students (RCA) have launched a creative partnership to promote innovative design for urban living, using Toyota’s new iQ city car as the inspiration. Students were asked to create an item that reflect the concept of ‘intelligent urban living’.
Yusuf Muhammad, was the winner of Living Room category and joint overall winner. His Yu Type design sits on the computer keyboard and allows ‘hunt and peck’ two fingered typists the opportunity to increase their speed and confidence. He is now thinking about developing the idea and hopes to include features like spell checking and predictive text to increase its appeal. Judges praised the way he addressed a social issue of an aging population within the urban context.

Enter innovation in the form of the new external hard drive concept by Kansas based Argentine Industrial designer Franco Marino Cagnina is cool and funky to say the least. One would be mistaken for it to be a tumbler, but this designer has really carved out the extra ordinary out of the ordinary design and the other encouraging advantage is that it’s recyclable thus environment friendly. This amazing Oculus yacht design by Schopfer Yachts is really an amazing looker that literally can be said to be a design of the future. This 250 foot long yacht has luxury written all over it, be it the design or the interiors. In overall design, the added effect with the 12-foot high dome shaped ceiling is simply mesmerizing. The yacht is divided into three levels with the ground level being a common area for the guests to be entertained and the second and third level being private for the owner if chosen so, which are subsequently connected by stairs. All one can say is welcome to indulgence!
