This innovative idea is specially targeted for those who have to drive a long way home from their night shift work place. The soundproof interior of this vehicle is equipped with various programming consoles for self-driving the vehicle. Moreover, if you don’t want to sleep when you are commuting, there is enough space to lay back and relax or perhaps reading a newspaper or a magazine, or just enjoying some entertainment. The rear end of Saucer has a medium-size baggage compartment where you can store your required stuffs like suitcase, briefcase, etc.

Daniel Molloy, a student of Monash University, has designed Boomer, an excellent tool that provides mobility aid to the quickly increasing elderly population. Boomer is emphasizing most on safety and aims to diminish the risk of stair-related falls, which is an identified major public health concern among the elderly community. The design key innovation is the stair compatible function to allow mobility aid by transforming from a simple walker into a gadget that facilitates the user to go up and down on the stairs safely. This is not an ordinary bulb but it is known as a LED bulb recently created by Frog Design to provide more sustainable lighting choices. They have used LED lights because they believe that LED lights tend to produce a lot of heat and are less influential than incandescent bulbs. They have created Led lights inside a glass fixture that looks like incandescent bulbs. The power LED is set inside the bulb which dissolves its heat to the aluminum base. The main concept behind creating this bulb is to make it easy for the consumers to change their light bulbs.

Jaxon Douglas has designed SmartTravel, a futuristic transport system which can transport 12 people while taking minimum road space possible. This automatic transport has provision for four people to stand and wheelchair for the disabled. It is powered by battery, wherein the same is energized through ground by wireless energy system. Overall it ensures optimum utilization of space in the interiors, while still being spacious and classy. Thus there is a new twist age old notion of economy vs comfort!
