Stinger is a concept bike which includes nearly every available ecological niche that a traditional bike generally lacks. The main difference between conventional high-emission bicycles and Stinger is, this bike is helping the environment by keeping it pollution-free by using fuel cells. Moreover, renewable resources were used to make the adaptive, versatile and eco-friendly bicycle which would be a true alternative to traditional ones. This bike is very much adaptive and robust just like an insect that can adapt the narrow space situations of metropolitan areas. Considering the functionality, stinger is neither a scooter nor a motorbike – it combines the assets of both.

Hermes bicycle, with its stylish shape and features, will allow the users to show off their flair and elegance even during the early morning stroll. Hermes bicycles were introduced in the market during 1980s and recently boomed the market with their new idea of wrapping a stainless steel bicycle developed by the Dutch brand Batavus with leather. Hermes decorated the frame, seats and handles of this bicycle by enfolding with Taurillon Clémence, which is an extremely supple grained leather in a pumpkin and zesty Havana shade while keeping its original black finish intact. Spare accessories are not available of this bicycle yet, but can be developed by special workshop upon request. The Hermes bicycle retails at $4,000.

The new backpack designed by Brooklyn based designer student Vanessa Marie is surely a practical solution for all those who have security concerns while riding their bicycles late at night. The designer being a cyclist herself was inspired to design this backpack which she rightly calls ‘Night Day Backpack’. It is versatile and chic. The flaps placed on the back have magnets inside them ensuring that they are in place whenever, one jumps over those bumps on the road and the added advantage is that the same becomes visible in the night when flipped up. Thus, one can ride without any apprehensions and enjoy the ride through and through.

The “Elliptigo” is the new concept in bicycle designs that combines best aspects of running and cycling in the process creating a fun and effective outdoor exercise device. The overall device is quite innovative and different from the conventional bicycles that we have been used to. The user is in standing position and the pedaling motion is elliptical which is like running without impacting the body. It strengthens bones and muscles and is comfortable and safer compared to sitting and riding the bicycle. Unlike other bike designs, this bike is actually closer to reality. In today’s self centric society, the new electric tandem bike is sure a ground breaker. Designed by Shanghai based designer Jiang Qian, the design primarily consists of three bicycles connected together such that the back wheel of one bicycle acts as the front wheel of the second and so on and so forth with the best part being no paddles. The handle and the seat of the bicycle also rest on this wheel. This sure is a very nice tool for fun bonding or team building.
