This new car concept which was a participant at the Michellin challenge design 2009 is one that is modern in functions yet contemporary in design. The car runs on the new energy system known as OCE or One Common Energy wherein the complete system runs on the same type of smart battery. The system consists of a battery, CPU with customized interface for user communication and function which in itself can replace the need for the regular battery, engine and other control systems found in today’s cars. The car has been designed by Korean born Yongbang Ho.

The new stylish yacht is simply a designer marvel as the design seems to have been inspired by sports car. The exterior design is aerodynamically strong as it is in all the sports cars, so one can say that it’s the designer among yacht. Nissan Nuvu is a concept designed to offer next generation car from Nissan with rear-mounted electric motor and lithium ion battery pack. The design of this concept car is quite unusual and small. For city use, the Nuvu’s performance is more than adequate. Across the all-glass roof are a dozen of small solar panels. Basically, natural, organic and recycled materials are used to make its cabin. The steering of the car is very direct for quickness and maneuverability in the city. No one will have any problem in crowded roads and limited parking slots with this tomorrow’s city car.

Car manufacturers have always been interested to explore how the vehicles of the future would be like, but the key remains as to how prepared are we to face the challenge of presenting newer options. We know that BMW always introduces jaw-dropping car concept such as the last post in this blog BMW M1 Homage, but even in our wildest dream we don’t expect to see BMW latest car concept would be made of cloth. BMW Group Design has come up with GINA or Geometry and Functions in “N” Adaptations. BMW Gina Light car concept promotes innovative thinking and allows maximum freedom of creativity. Also BMW has explored the creative options that can be provided rather than probing how the future cars will look like. This car can change shape and surface at the flick of a switch, and the ‘GINA’ principles it espouses have been used to craft today’s BMW design language.
