Dentris, A Mobile Dental Treatment Cart Concept by Clemens Auer
Dental treatment has remarkably developed during the last few years but it is really a complex situation when it comes with treating a patient who is not able to come to the dentist’s chamber. Dentris is designed by Clemens Auer from Vienna, Austria which is the first mobile cart for dental treatments that deals with the special conditions such as home-care patients. With the growing number of such patients, Dentris will surely become a helping hand for mobile dentists which will allow direct bed treatment. The local environment of the bed-ridden patients site and assures the patient as well as the dentist the most possible optimized and hassle-free dental treatment at home.

DENTRIS offers new chances for people in home-care and dentistry. Society is aging, more and more bed-ridden / people are in need of care and because of the improved hygiene of last decades more and more elderly people keep their own teeth. DENTRIS helps the prevention / avoiding of expensive follow-up therapies as well as reducing costs of outgoing transport / return transport
+ ongoing services. For dentistry, DENTRIS offers the development of new fields of activity, more potential patients, the professionalization of mobile do-it-yourself equipment that dentists currently often have to deal with as the products on the market are un-sufficient and force the dentists to pimp their rides.
Dentists now can go exclusively mobile saving practice / overheads / facilities etc. But the most important actor is the patient. He/She benefits from stopping the physical decay because the health of teeth have an enormous and in public eyes often underestimated impact on the welfare and life expectancy of elderly people (formula: teeth ok >> body ok). DENTRIS helps
overriding the patient?s fear of the dentist as well as overcoming one?s inhibitions towards rentability in seniority (‘I won’t live any longer..’).
DENTRIS helps avoiding strenuous transport (bed-ridden people often with tattered cardiovascular system) from home to practice and finally avoids possibly degrading situations for patients (while moving, in practice).

If this is your first electronic LEGO robot toy, you can easily install your first robot with the NXT 2.0’s special with a building element called “start here”. We would definitely recommend to start building with the Alpha Rex first, for it is less complicated as compared to the other three. Installing your LEGO Mindstorms NXT 2.0 is not hard at all but not too easy as well. The start here part will keep you guided as well as the step-by-step instruction that is included in the packaging. After you have installed your first NXT 2.0, the next step is a little harder. You have to understand its programming software including the drag-and-drop software, which is a little bit easier. However, when it is time for you to understand the attached documentation, we must admit that we’re having a hard time understanding the documentation, for it is not very clear. The step-by-step programming guide that you can find in the kit can be of great help, but we are lucky enough that there are lots of sample program for us to get started with our new toy.
What’s more exciting about the NXT 2.0 is its new exciting features that add up the fun in playing this one of a kind electronic robot. This new Mindstorms series has two touch sensors, an ultrasonic sensor, and a color sensor that has various functions like detecting six basic colors, measure light intensity, and even acting as a lamp. Another exciting feature that the Mindstorms has is the user’s ability to interact with some other LEGO mindstorm users and communities from all over the world. In this way, one can share his or her knowledge about robotics particularly with the LEGO Mindstorms series and enhance his or her knowledge as well about the said field.

However, we recommend you consulting the LEGO Mindstorms community like forums and message boards, as we strongly believe that they know better than those from the customer service do know, for they are actual users like you and encounter various problems as well.
Arch Rival Playground Equipment Design For The Park
Arch Rival game design was inspired by the Olympic Games, very competitive yet safe, because this game is meant for children. The game comprises of 2 sides (red and blue), where the objective is to flick moveable discs along arched poles into your opponents score zone (at the base of each arch) while protecting your own score zone. The competitive nature of this game drives children to be active, therefore improving fitness while having fun. A perfect game for playground.
