NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN is an international structure that will be promoted by IBA HAMBURG in an international exhibition in 2013. This project includes a five story corner building with reference to the typology of the social and workers residences to restore a contemporary version. It is a series of housing block in the shape of “U” with external green spaces. Each block has multi-story single family houses with common parking facility. The design of these blocks is unique and very attractive. While designing this structure, main attention is given to neighborhood relations and to create a collective sociability spaces.

The new concept car coming from the automobile giant Peugeot Design Competition is surely a sophisticated design. Designed by Ognyan Bozhilov the car is a small 3-seater city car perfect for a small family to drive around the city. This designing marvel is a hybrid system with a small 1.6 liter HDI engine and an electric motor and the engine is placed above the rear wheels. The reason for this was for overall weight distribution and the unique aerodynamic design makes it possible to touch high speeds.
