The Austrian design studio motion code: blue has released its latest design concept SERION E60 Yacht which was generated by Benjamin Julian Toth, a student of the University of applied sciences FH Joanneum for Industrial Design, Graz Austria as a diploma thesis. The topic was to design a reinterpretation of long range passage maker yachts for the next generation of yacht owners. Mc.b acted as cooperation partner and sponsor for this project.
The main goal of SERION E60 yacht is to offer you a visualization of our future motor yachts within 60 ft by combining megatrends, future markets and consumer behaviors. Aside from those aspects, this yacht also focuses on unconventional functions and innovative features within its class.

Motion Code: Blue, an Austrian yacht design studio, has came out with a super yacht concept named My 50M yacht, which is a perfect showcase of luxury and fun through an ultramodern and elegant design. The yacht has a massive 50 meter length, packed with eye-catching and durable materials that can enhance the passenger’s experience in the sea. The key consideration during designing the yacht was to make it most advanced, yet acceptable that comprises a sporty look as well. This innovative yacht features “C-bracket” design element that enables the designer to give it a distinct efficiency by incorporating all amenities on all 4 decks through integrative deck arrangement. The stem section and the rear part of the yacht give it a bigger and wider appearance than that of a same length yacht. Besides, the designers have developed different designs for the stem that will give the potential customers to choose from the best suited one for them.

Open Water 60m yacht is a 197 feet/60meters explorer yacht. It has the amenities of luxury yacht and has self sufficient operations in distant sea areas with a reduced ecological track. The exterior is a simple and contemporary structure. It can be used for a long distance voyage and the lower deck can be used as a storage space. It has various color blends in both coamings as well as upper decks. It has place for sun bathing, it provides good conditions for sailing dinghies and it can even be converted as a large recreation area.

Workwear for roofing works is an inventive clothing collection that enhances occupational safety. The main feature of this system being a mix of a fall protection connected to work trousers. Workers in Austria aren’t allowed to work in heights above three meters unless and until they wear highly protective security systems.
Existing systems are too heavy, making it uncomfortable as well as hardly controllable by the wearer. Keeping this in mind, designers of motion code have come up with the new system that connects a fall protection strap to the work trousers. The result of which is fast security and ease in handling. Work trousers, soft-shell jackets, and working jackets are the chief components of this patented system created by motion code. While the clothes are customizable, breathable materials and modern fit augments the comfort. This new system assures safety, comfort and style, which are the main factors employer and building owners look for. Available in a wide array of color combinations, the designs are highly appealing as well.

Motion Code: Blue is an industrial design studio which emphasis on yacht design. Now they have extended their areas of operation to another design discipline: they offer architectural concepts and their development until the implementation planning. The Taiwan Shipyard is their latest creation. The design has been developed on an existing u-shaped hall and production building for yachts. The task from its customer was to add an office building, green, and recreational spaces as well as a contemporary European architecture inspired showroom. Another part of the briefing was that the building should have landmark-like characteristics. The office building was designed in such a way, that not only it closes the u-shaped halls optically, but also adds a floating appearance to the whole building. The office building has been designed to house VIP areas, meeting rooms, offices for employees and CEOs, terraces, a yoga room and language course facilities. The whole structure is supported by 2 infrastructure cores and columns, this part of the yard is both remarkable and functional.

The Sentori 50L has been imagined and created by “Motion Code Blue” Design Studio. The yacht is part of the brand Sentori Yachts. This brand is highly automotive inspired, they combine emotion with functionality and smart living spaces. It breaks up with conventional solutions and defines every yacht as one intelligent concept, made to surprise its owner every single time and serves as a platform to support creativity and individuality.
The Sentori 50L has strongly automotive inspired main lines of the hull and the greenhouse connects the yacht optically and let it appear very elegant. The simple and clear lines enable SENTORI 50L Yacht to achieve a dynamic and sophisticated tension which characterizes this yacht. The design impresses with the large window surfaces that provide the yacht with sunlight from all sides and enhances the concept of melting exterior and interior living spaces together. A large owners’ window in the hull guarantees a unique view slightly above the water line, the whole cabin is light flooded. An expandable sun protection enhances the comfort in the rear part of the main deck and a u-shaped stern sofa offer space for dinners or sun bathing. The silver and black varnish of the yacht in combination with the red sun beds and sofas is unique and enhances the recognition value of the vessel. At the end of the fly bridge, the equipment carrier is designed very integrated, low and dark colored, which supports the coupe-character of the yacht. The bathing platform at the end of the yacht, offers a small pool for children and if the pool is not in use, it can serve as a large storage space.

The 2010 Izh-1 Motorcycle incorporates a smooth and aerodynamic design with a compact and lightweight construction to make it a perfect ride for congested future streets. The design starts with a strong and massive front and smoothly finishes to a compact and lighter rear. This bike is envisioned to be crafted with innovative and lighter components to make the weight nearly half than that of conventional motorcycles. The concept features a 505 V-twin engine, 50% of which is made of highly reinforced and heat resistant plastic, generating 140 horse power. It is also designed with unique dual airbag for ultimate safety and keeps the bike straight and stable in case of front end collision.
The proximity regulating radar system is another unique feature of the bike that works together with the front facing in-built camera to program the bike to slow down when a car in front of the bike stops unexpectedly. The onboard computer can show warnings and necessary maintenance to be done through a 3D LCD screen. The bike also features a real time GPS navigation ability and an augmented reality technology to make driving even more interesting and convenient. Additionally, it can wirelessly control a mobile device with major OSs like iPhone, Blackberry, Windows, Symbian, Android, etc on the bike’s main display.

Inspired by mid-engine sports cars, the 84 feet open motor yacht concept SENTORI 84 features a large stern section and a bow-oriented greenhouse, aiming to enhance the living spaces with a formal innovative approach. The concept attains a moving sculpture appearance through its convex and concave surfaces, optically combined with the hull and the greenhouse. The sliding doors along with the foldable comings of the midship salon lounge offers the boarders stunning views of the surrounding sea, while the 2 skylights of the greenhouse above the salon lounge offers calming sunlight inside. The large stern area features an innovative one large room concept by combining the interior and exterior living spaces which is being supported by a slideable and lowerable glass door. Aside from that, this area contains a full fledged meeting room, where the boarders can get together and discuss about any issues.

The 15.3m long SENTORI 50 concept yacht features a flybridge, three decks and strongly automotive inspired main lines of the hull, offering an elegant appearance to achieve a dynamic and sophisticated characteristic. The coupe-like appearance of the yacht has given by the distinctive a-pillar starting from the foredeck to the whole greenhouse. The large windows of the greenhouse and the owner’s cabin offers magnificent sea view and ensure plenty of light all over the room. The flybridge end houses an integratedly designed equipment carrier with dark color to support the yacht’s coupe character.

Diveria, an innovative modular train concept, will surely lift up the image of the amazing passenger train lineup that is currently operational all over the world. Diveria features variably exchangeable passenger modules and a transparent appearance characterized by a hexagonal structure. The design has shown the compartments in a new panoramic approach with economic youth hostel like modules which benefits both the passengers and the in service company. The inside view of this train is not less elegant at any point than a Boeing aircraft with its wide stairs at the both end of the compartments and specious, comfortable and superbly placed seats.
