This Palm Lite is the latest design emergency torch that is just 5 inches long and provides an intense light with a very long range. It is basically designed for firefighters, police, army etc, but due to its compatibility it can also be used for regular everyday use. It can easily be turned on by the trigger at the bottom. Five different switches are fitted to regulate the range and intensity of light as per the requirement. The Palm Lite is powered by solar-powered LED’s, this mean the palm lite is not just small and handy, but also environmentally friendly.

The longer the walk, the cooler the refreshment at the end, thanks to E-bag, a handbag whose cooling system gets its power from being swung back and forth as its owner walks. “I wanted to make a point about the way urban life goes with increased energy consumption,” says E-bag’s creator, Apor Püspöki, a product design student at Moholy-Nagy University of Arts and Design in Budapest, Hungary. “We have responsible design thinking.”
The E-bag has a rotating handle attached to a dynamo that charges a storage battery via arm motion. The cooling system uses so-called Peltier technology, a kind of solid-state heat pump that transfers heat from one side of the device to the other side. Cooling status is indicated by three LED lights. The capacity of the bag is approximately three liters.

This is not an ordinary bulb but it is known as a LED bulb recently created by Frog Design to provide more sustainable lighting choices. They have used LED lights because they believe that LED lights tend to produce a lot of heat and are less influential than incandescent bulbs. They have created Led lights inside a glass fixture that looks like incandescent bulbs. The power LED is set inside the bulb which dissolves its heat to the aluminum base. The main concept behind creating this bulb is to make it easy for the consumers to change their light bulbs.

Renault Ondelios is a concept car especially designed for long distance travel and will be displayed at 2008 Paris Motor Show. This style of the car is enthused partly by an aircraft. Its slippery and low drag body and a canopy-style will surely catch your attention. You cannot ignore its boomerang shaped tail lights which add to the style and overall look of Renault Ondelios. The butterfly-type side doors are extremely amazing giving it a shape of aircraft. This car can accommodate 6 people and individual seats are arranged in 3 rows of paired seats. The new concept car coming from the automobile giant Peugeot Design Competition is surely a sophisticated design. Designed by Ognyan Bozhilov the car is a small 3-seater city car perfect for a small family to drive around the city. This designing marvel is a hybrid system with a small 1.6 liter HDI engine and an electric motor and the engine is placed above the rear wheels. The reason for this was for overall weight distribution and the unique aerodynamic design makes it possible to touch high speeds. This giving that driving pleasure without compromising on the environmental aspect, something which seems to be one of the primary belief that Peugeot is believing in. So go green and enjoy!
