Moixa has developed an apple sized device, named Sphere, with multi-touch feature allows a user to surf the world like Google Earth, control interactive games and browse web pages. Sphere can display an interactive map of world and can be recharged by releasing a leaf like petal. You will be able to zoom, select and rotational and gyroscopic tasks with its multi-touch interactions. Sphere is a sign of expanding IP collection of geometric forms that reorganize the axioms of portable advanced computing. This handy device is planned to finish the development process anytime this year and will be commercially available in the market in 2010.

The next generation WowWee robots series from WowWee Robotics, takes robotics to the next generation. Set to be unveiled in the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas later this week, the two playful companions are something that you more than asked for. The first one is Joebot, which is a regular fully loaded interactive friendly neighborhood robot which also has sense of humor up its sleeve. It also responds to key phrases using the sound sensors, so much so that one can make it dance to the tune as it replicates the same without a hitch. While the other one named Roborover is softer and down to earth version as it gradually gets comfortable with continuous interaction. Quite innovative one must say!

The design is based on the hand gesture that people use to represent the telephone. There are two parts of this handset, one is earphone and another one is microphone. Therefore, the user has to use the iconic gesture while using the telephone. The modern part of this device includes the touch screen that shows the animated path to the user for dialing the numbers.
