The Nissan Land Glider is a compact electric vehicle concept that features an innovative computer controlled steering system, allowing the car lean into the turns for better balance. The driver seat is placed centrally inside the narrow cabin of this two-seater car and another seat for the passenger is located directly behind the driver’s seat. The steering wheel has been designed like a flight yoke and cameras and monitors have replaced the rear view mirrors. The dashboard is one more thing of the car that you have never seen in any other cars. With the potentially lighter weight and narrow profile, this electric car is being expected to hit the crowd soon.

The innovative RocStar Bathroom concept has been designed aiming to overcome the limits of the conventional bathrooms and heighten the efficiency of the same. It features three main components that have been differentiated it from others; the faucet or the Rocstar, the basin and the mirror.
The Faucet comprises five arms with different functionality such as three of them are supplying water, liquid soap and toothpaste, and the last two acts as driers. The Rocstar top is made of transparent plastic with lighting underneath which acts as control sensors and allow users activating a particular arm by simply touching it. After being activated that arm will give a magnificent led light and smoothly turns to the user. Other activities such as changing the water temperature, screen savers and profile colors, driers, etc. can be done with the center top touch screen of the Rocstar.

Hello Folks, I have received my X-Mini 2nd Generation portable speaker a couple of days earlier and have really amazed with what I got for as low as 15 pounds. Let me be a bit more elaborative…
Starting from the package I received, a cool sleek package with the heading “Audio Revolution in a Box”, which really enhances the attention. I have opened the package and yeah I got a bit disappointed since almost all the portable speakers come in a pair. Well I must say this feeling got away as soon as I plugged in the little monster with my iPod. But still, I wish I had 2 X-Mini 2nd Generation speakers to make better comparison with X-Mini Max. Nature is an innovative ceramic planter that has the ability to grow a range of herbs and flowers. The design is inspired from the shapes and patterns found in nature, which can be revealed from its name. The concept comprises several openings like blossoms with various forms, and the plants are placed according to their root size, topmost opening is designed to make room for plants with deeper roots. The planter features a complex mold with six parts and seventeen post-molding cuts. All the pieces are carefully cast, finished by hand and glazed in Portland, Oregon. Drainage of the system is controlled by the three holes on the bottom. The planter is 18” tall and 22” wide, and is available in three colors, gray, white and yellow, and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
