Relay is an urban delivery vehicle designed by Tristan Hipps for maximum transport efficiency. It is a zero emission vehicle which is driven by an electric engine. The vehicle is fully covered from all sides and is provided by one main 48 volt battery and one spare 24 volt battery in case the main battery runs out of power. Relay offers a maximum speed of 40mph with clean and bright environment. Though, Relay has all the qualities of a vehicle that promises green future but with the speed of 40pmh, it will surely be considered as a dead vehicle in today’s fast-paced world.

Nissan Nuvu is a concept designed to offer next generation car from Nissan with rear-mounted electric motor and lithium ion battery pack. The design of this concept car is quite unusual and small. For city use, the Nuvu’s performance is more than adequate. Across the all-glass roof are a dozen of small solar panels. Basically, natural, organic and recycled materials are used to make its cabin. The steering of the car is very direct for quickness and maneuverability in the city. No one will have any problem in crowded roads and limited parking slots with this tomorrow’s city car.

A Chrysler LLC company named as GEM has introduced the Peapod, a neighbourhod electric vehicle. It is a gas and emission free electric vehicle which is scheduled for the year 2009. Peapod is a battery vehicle that offers iPod integration and hands free use of your iPhone. Another innovative aspect included in this car is ergonomic mesh seating. You will get a top speed of 25 miles per hour and a range of up to 30 miles per charge with Peapod. The vehicle can be recharged anytime within 6 to 8 hours. You will find such car designs everywhere these days but the only unique thing that it has is iPod integration within a car.

NEUE HAMBURGER TERRASSEN is an international structure that will be promoted by IBA HAMBURG in an international exhibition in 2013. This project includes a five story corner building with reference to the typology of the social and workers residences to restore a contemporary version. It is a series of housing block in the shape of “U” with external green spaces. Each block has multi-story single family houses with common parking facility. The design of these blocks is unique and very attractive. While designing this structure, main attention is given to neighborhood relations and to create a collective sociability spaces.
