Bjarke Ingles Group (BIG) has demonstrated an innovative architectural solution for Tallinn’s New City Hall, the new administrative building for the city government, situated on near about 35,000 m2 plot close to the Linnahall building. Designing a crucial public building like this requires inputs from users and neighbors; citizens and politicians, and therefore, this concept have been envisioned as capable to adapt any sorts of unexpected demands. This new town hall will provide transparency on both political overview of demands, desires and problems of the public and public imminent into the political procedures. If this design comes true, the coordination between people and government will become easier and lot more efficient than ever.

The new complex coming up for the new headquarters of Antwerp Port Authority in Antwerp, Belgium can be stated to be a masterpiece. Being designed by London based architects Zaha Hadid Architects, the new extension is expected to be completed in 2013 and will house about 500 staff members, with the existing building will be refurbished so that the public counters, meeting rooms and offices be in that place. The new building which shall be five stories high will consist of auditorium and restaurant and additional offices and meeting rooms. It will be a towering structure overlooking the city and will sure be a monument to look out for.

This Sydney based EnterArchitecture is designed to overcome the problem of extreme temperatures. This concept is characterized by leaning roof shapes made up of highly transportable lightweight resources such as bent metal profiles and formed plywood panels. It is known as a cluster of comfort because of its easy assembly, thermal comfort and a strong design. There are variable openings in the panels and they can be customized as per the user’s requirements. The concept is designed in a very unique manner in order to provide several configurations to accommodate full sun protection from harsh sun. Somehow, this design seems a little congested for the user.
