A friendly folding bike for women. The designer thinks that our current folding bike is unfriendly to women, thus, he decided to come up with bike design for female cyclist and use gravity to make folding process easier. The main frame uses diamond shape with structure and handle place that can reduce the folding process. It takes about 2 seconds to fold out with the help of gravity strength.

10. VSA – Vertical Solar Aircraft by Arman Abadi
Futuristic vertical solar aircraft which features delta wings and is able to reach the speed up to 250 to 300 km/h. The aircraft uses 3 engines which one of them is used for vertical take off and the other 2 are used to land on a runway.

Of course the final backpack design has changed considerably since the previous prototype, however, rest assure, it’s getting larger and better. In fact, you can keep your laptops up to 15.6” in this backpack and the new compartments can be used to keep your cell phones or any other small items.

Ferrari Millenio : Eco-Friendly Futuristic Electric Vehicle by Marko Petrovic

Ferrari Millenio is a design study of a futuristic electric vehicle powered by two stations (engines). It is a two-seater car, very light, and designed with strong impact from the Ferrari world park in Abu Dhabi. This vehicle has been developed as a structure of several pieces proportionally designed and well combined in one. Ferrari Millenio provides an illusion in its way of very complex assembling process, as you can see here, the front lights look like they are floating and not attached.

Just like the case of an iPhone, here’s the designer has also designed a silicon layer that can be additionally added as a protection. Ferrari = dream = safe dream.

It is actually a mascot to symbolize futuristic, quickness, youthful energy, enthusiasm, and action. The client demanded the mascot represents all that symbols in exclamation point!. That’s why the robot looks like flying exclamation mark. Split Lifebook For 2013 by Jung Dae Hoon

Split Lifebook is a concept laptop that offers new ideas to overcome all issues of our present laptops currently have. It’s a common sight to see people use laptops nowadays. However, the unsuitable size and weight of the laptop are still our main issues to this day. Due to the improvement of a network system, most of these gadgets offer suitable user environments.

Split Lifebook concept has been designed just like a well organized cosmetic package set. Wait guys, don’t look away just because you read the word “cosmetic” you think that the laptop will look feminine. It’s actually pretty futuristic. The exterior design has the feeling of high end hand bag; you can choose the cover design according to your personal style. Since the case has been designed to be able to integrate with the gadgets, it acts not only as a protection but also as the monitor holder. Inside the bag, you can take out all little stuff you need such as mouse, keyboard, pen, monitor, etc. Take out the monitor and use it as a tablet PC or combine it with the keyboard to use it as a laptop.

This laptop is integrated with a remote control which allows you to have the freedom to listen to your music and do simple things and such even when the laptop is in the bag.

Living Roof : A Self-Sustaining Capsule For Urban Rooftop by NAU

Living Roof is a futuristic compact and self-sustaining capsule for urban rooftops. It’s been designed to cover essential elements such as a refuge to recover, plan excursions into the city, or just simply stare into the stars. The minimalist interior design allows its user to focus and concentrate along with the highly efficient enclosure provide the answer to one of the impossibility in modern lifestyle: the contemporary citizen seeks mobility but also wants to tread softly on the environment. “Living Roof” by NAU offers short-term housing unit which produces more energy than it consumes.

Living Roof is intended as an alternative to hotel rooms or temporary residence for multi-city travelers. Today’s traveler wants to experience urban lifestyle as the locals do. This project counters the trend of concentrating hotel guests in tourist ghettos by spreading individual suites throughout the city. Their location changes every 2 years to provide unexpected adventures for repeat visitors. Inside the suite, guest can find interactive guide which is completed with video preview and menu listing. This information can be transferred into a PDA or other gadgets. Checking in is a simple as inserting guest ID on an external terminal. A hatch slides open, stairway extends, and a pleasant voice welcomes guest inside.
