In this connection, Intel approached frog with a new concept of POS (Point-of-Sale), a rich, multimedia and interactive shopping experience combining the sensory affluence of retail shopping with the handiness of online shopping that will get customers away from the computer monitors and back into stores.
The concept’s touch-screen user-friendly interface and industrial design features the lower energy consuming Inter CPU and the ability of remote management, coupled with the upgradeability and adaptability of the hardware design, representing operational savings and reduction in total cost of ownership. With this modular architecture, retailers will be able to configure the features and the styling of the system and can reach the customers through more touch points. Also, the design will provide the opportunity to boost revenue through intelligent cross-selling tools, digital signage and targeted ads.

The Insight foot care scale helps diabetic patient to spot the first symptom of foot irregularities and stop its rapid rise in amputations. There is a large LED display where the consumers can see their weight by stepping on the scale. Simultaneously, the system makes beep sound and lights up the mirrors in the scale through Cue Light Technology to remind the users to check their feet. The designing team has spent a lot of time to get the best angle for the lights and the mirrors to show the consumer an intense and magnified image of their foot sole.

This garbage disposing system is surely an appropriate alternative to the regular home sink in garbage which ensures that the food waste is composted rather than be sent down the drain. The device has been named as CompostAll, is placed under the sink and thereby it is a pretty convenient, discreet and odor free location for storing waste food with an alert light which indicates when the container is full and it also has easy carry and disposing of waste contents to the bigger container outside. There is not much change that one has to do when placing this device in the kitchen as everything stays the same except the wastage manner. Thus it’s an eco friendly way of saying you care!

This is not an ordinary bulb but it is known as a LED bulb recently created by Frog Design to provide more sustainable lighting choices. They have used LED lights because they believe that LED lights tend to produce a lot of heat and are less influential than incandescent bulbs. They have created Led lights inside a glass fixture that looks like incandescent bulbs. The power LED is set inside the bulb which dissolves its heat to the aluminum base. The main concept behind creating this bulb is to make it easy for the consumers to change their light bulbs.
