BMW has come up with new Mini Crossover Concept which is truly an innovative body concept with fascinating outlook. It is a model with four drive wheels, four doors, and four single seats. Not only this, Mini Crossover offers unconventional storage option and a more athletic feel when you drive. Car is made up of massive and matt polished aluminum. There is a folding roof cover and roof structure can be opened both from front as well as from the rear. City Center, a green development project coming up in Las Vegas, is the largest privately financed development in North America. It’s an $8 billion venture between MGM MIRAGE and Dubai World, the first building is scheduled to be opened at the end of 2009. On completion of the entire City Center project, it includes a resort casino, two non-gaming resort hotels, and almost 500,000 square foot retail and entertainment space and also will feature a $40 million public fine art program.

Your home can never be completed without a kitchen therefore nothing is more important than a well-furnished, well-equipped and systematically designed kitchen where you cook delicious meals for your family everyday. Enex has come up with their “Hue and Funny” Kitchen, which they have claimed to be the future of kitchen design. It proposes a new paradigm for modern kitchen where relaxing space to rest and a joyous space of entertainment can be.
It is a new design with the idea that a sink does not always have to be rectangular. Coming from the beautiful curve of a seated woman, it minimizes the bottom cabinet to design a countertop that seems to float in the air. Built-in entertainment equipment, including TV and audio, create a future-oriented multi-functional kitchen which you might have seen on a Sci-Fi movie.
This curvilinear design breaks away from the conventional concept of design and creates a liberal island kitchen that has no restrictions in space and moving. It creates a fun entertainment space for the whole family. It does not distinguish front from rear and allows use of countertop and cabinetry from both directions. The top cabinetry rotates 360°. You may even customize the island to eliminate the top cabinetry to fit your needs.

With customer satisfaction the driving factor, companies are trying to give that extra comfort to the customers. The companies want a satisfied customer and are hence extended to the customers. Given on the same lines, comes the United Airlines International First Class Suite.
In the first look it looks somewhat futuristic. The best thing is that it gives the exclusive privacy for the First Class traveler with everything their own in. Yes luxury has a new address! These S shaped cabins consist of seats which recline to give that extra comfort, the seat reclines into a fully flat bed, so passengers can sleep. There is iPod connectivity so passengers can plug in there iPod and view content on the FC suites large video monitor. Also TV for audio visual entertainment and a working table complete with drawers and storage spaces so that you can catch up with office if needed. And of course the space to keep that drink while catching up on the latest movie.
Mark Peurifoy, the designer also mentioned that United FC suite is currently flying on some international routes and will be introduced on selected Boeing 777, 747, 767 international routes during 2008/2009.

The idea behind this Daihatsu car concept design was the monospace nature of this concept can gives the interior a spacious feeling, which is further enhanced by the large (plexi) glass windows and the small luggage area. In the big cities, space is luxury, so for leisure vehicles like this, space is important.
Because the intended use of the vehicle, luggage space has been used to house good audio equipment. The lack of a rear window makes it possible to put it even more optional equipment. The deep dashboard offers enough space for optional entertainment system. Small cameras are integrated in the wide graphic lines, increasing visibility and compromising for the lack of a rear window.
