According to me, remote is the greatest invention that has been created. For a lazy gizmo freak like me the motto is ‘when it can be done an easier way, then why try another way’! With almost every device possible coming with remotes, like TV AC, CD player, this device which is supposed to ease your worries, it gets cumbersome to maintain so many remotes. And almost all the remote look the same, it becomes a tough ask to maneuver between devices. Well before you freak out, help is here, David Chacon has come up with a design for the universal remote which promises to take care of all the worries.
This flash capable device displays everything from channel listings to elaborate menus, and manage the whole house – like turning on the microwave oven or dimming the lights. Also the touch screen is very roomy. The frequencies set is right and if the product company provides the required support, the device can customize graphically the interface for the product.
Though still in the conceptual mode, it might be a while before the same might seem the light of the day. But all said and done, this one device is sure going to be a hit amongst all the Lazy Gizmo Freaks!

The rocket powered helicopter is a brilliant and a fantastic way to show your bravery.
The structure of the model goes like this: it has two hydrogen fuel cans which will be fitted to your back, a glass helmet to cover your face, a steel rod coming from the cans and reaching your hand with blades present on top of them. A rocket present at the tips of the blades enables the helicopter to work without the use of tail rotor. We are very excited about the product and waiting for its launching day. This is going to be very exciting to give a competition to the birds by the means of science and technology. This product is a bag packed of excitement, thrill, suspense and fun.

SkyTran is a concept for high-capacity and high-speed personal rapid transport developed by an American Company UniModal Transport Solutions. This SkyTran system is two-passenger vehicles, propelled and suspended by maglev system. These are laid out in a one mile by one mile networked grid throughout the city. A large number of small departure and exit portals are placed underneath the guideways at approximately every 400 metres or at every city block.
SkyTran has no fixed routes or timetables. Users can simply enter any departure portal, get into the first empty vehicle in the queue and select their destination. The vehicle then speeds up on the acceleration lane and enters the high-speed overhead guideway.
Great concept, this will definitely reduce traffic jam, but with only two passengers for each pod, what about families ? Using SkyTran they have to sit separately. Hopefully UniModal will come up with new model or updated version of the SkyTran pods.

Very innovative design from Einar Hareide and Anna Oren, the Jotul 373 wood burning stove is purist and functional in its design and opens up new possibilities of how to make use of a stove in a room. What is innovative about the stove is that it can stand free almost anywhere in the room and thus creates a new living room quality. It features a detailed design, unique precision in the cast iron, and can be operated from all sides. Furthermore, the wood burning stove can be rotated 360 degrees when it is fitted with a flue outlet at the top and with a turntable. In order to adapt to a variety of different interiors, the basic models of the three stoves in this range can be fitted individually and combined with a variety of leg sets. The stoves can also be fitted with an additional glass front panel that lowers the surface temperature on the front. Another unique and well-conceived feature is the decorative panels for the side windows.
