What is a better way to start your day than having couple soft-boiled eggs? Egg being my favorite of all I always prefer any thing that is egg shaped no matter what that item is. But what hurts me the most is that we are not doing justice to the egg shaped devices. To name a few devices we have egg phone, wobbly egg speakers and even the egg mouse.
Now the latest to add to the egg mania we have the egg speaker charger concept which when hatched opened functions as a pair of satellite speakers and what else its base has a sub-woofer. Not only this, the base will double as a dock for a compatible MP3 player, charging your device through induction.

As the primary energy sources is depleting by the day, the emphasis is to find alternative energy sources. Solar energy is turning out to be one viable solution. Many devices are being developed keeping in mind the immense capability the solar energy can provide us. While doing this the prime motto is conservation. What best to do than to teach the same to the kids in school so that as the new generation grows up, they do so with conserving energy? Keeping the same in mind, Australian designers Buro North has come up with Solar Shades which educates school children of primary level about energy collection from the sun. It also provides shades to the playground.
The canopies (which look more like giant duck feet) have solar cells on top. The large handles on the base ensures that the canopy can be rotated by teachers or pupils to get the most efficient orientation from the sun throughout the day. The LED displays, communicate the energy generated and if the device needs to be turned around.

Vortex idea is based on the idea how to create a mini car that can project the security of a big car. The concept car is created by the way the form flows around the passengers and by the way this structure reacts in the time that get hit by any exterior danger this was studied by the way and structure can react from different points of impact and by creating new materials of composition of the car. the external structure is composed by a exagonal polyfoam structure that reacts to any impact by absorbing this crash with the interior air spaces of this structure.
Vortex project is planned to be in the streets by 2045 and the conceptual design its based on the flow of energy that a hit or a crash can generate doing by the form the flow of this energies to the exterior of the transport giving to the passengers a total protection from all points of crash.

We’re pretty sure that you are doing everything you can to save money, why not save space at the same time? Do you know that 90-95% of all cars normally just carry one person? The suggested Space Efficient Vehicle (SEV) will do fine as sole vehicle for singles, couples and one-child families and of course during rush hour when traffic is at its worst.
The Space Efficient Vehicle (SEV) was a finalist in the 2008 Michelin Challenge Design, and was put on display at the Detroit Motor Show.
