This new device is an electronic wrist watch and a mobile phone at the same time. It works on the both touch screen and voice recognition technology and the phone may be activated or deactivated via the green or red line given in the device. It also has a built in scrolling function that allows the user to move between various functions that is available on the device. It also has a built in camera which enables the users to click pictures and be able to send the same in real time. Well must say that it’s quite a chic product!

“Endlesstime”, as the name suggests, is a never ending watch designed to represent the endless quality of time. The design is quite simple and clean for any user. The watch is made up of semi-transparent plastic which can be straightened if not tied up on your wrist. The watch is very flexible due to the magnets concealed in the band and it can easily fit on any wrist comfortably. Designer has given a twist in the middle of the watch for reminding the symbol of hourglass. The twist also shows the division of the hour and minute displayed on the clock. Also, there is no need for batteries as the clock receives satellite signals and automatically tunes the watch as per current time zone.

The overall technology is based on Horological machines which tell time. The machine is designed and constructed in three dimensional unlike the traditional wrist watches and hence are revolutionary. This version called as Horological Machine No.3 has been introduced in two versions : “Sidewinder”, with its cones perpendicular to the arm; and “Starcruiser”, with its cones in-line with the arm. The new watch design by French designer Julien Bergignant is a nice concept which sure is second name of convenience. The watch made from electronic paper, is called Tima watch and can simultaneously display both digital as well as analog time. The good part is that the watch can show two different time zones together though the display is simultaneous. Looks wise too, the watch comes quite chic as the color chosen being black which of course by all means has a very rich and classy look. Thus, one can say that the designer has hit the right chord by creating this design.

The new camera cum watch design is surely a perfect example of getting the best together. The watch though is priced on a higher side, it does have some very useful functions. The “Transparency Watch” can be connected to computer and a distribution list can be selected. Once a picture is taken using the camera attached to the watch, one can just click again and share the picture with the distribution list thus sharing the same in real time. So all one needs to do is select the people to whom the data is to be sent and then it’s just connect, click and voila you are in touch!
