CURVE Extreme Sport is a new skateboard concept that creates a racing sport on skateboard. The skateboard design has a pair of Motor GP-inspired tires that taper on both ends to allow the rider to make sharp turns during a high speed down-hill race. Thanks to the drafted angle of the tires, the rider can ride skateboard with minimal friction, maximum speed and great agility in a race.
Curve skateboard is focus on the mobility of the skateboard which moves as a line instead of a flat surface. This skateboard takes a new approach to the skateboard sport that creates a unique sensation to the rider. Ready to race with Curve skateboard ?

BMW ZX-6 car concept came from the 3rd year students of Transportation Design School at Turin Based IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) for final project of Transportation Design (Designing the BMW of 2015) which is designed in partnership with BMW. The concept is focused keeping in mind the modern needs, tastes and life style of an individual. All the cars designed in this project looks like toy cars. You cannot even imagine them running on roads in the real life. There are different concepts of cars designed by the students and all of them are unbelievable in their design and concept. Helios is a grill with the energy-efficiency of a solar oven. It stores upright to keep a small footprint and easily cantilevers open and locks in place, when you are ready to cook. In order to maximize safety, Helios is designed so that the reflective solar dish is pointed away from you while cooking. If the time of day or weather is not appropriate for solar grilling, it features a retractable plug, stored in the base, as an alternative energy source. Helios utilizes a reflective parabolic dish to focus sunlight onto a solar receptor, transforming it into usable energy. The energy travels from the parabolic dish to the grilling platform and heats a coil in order to cook food. Green and Healthy with Helios grill.

This device looks like a Surround Sound system but in actual it helps you with stress caused by noise around you. The device uses its principle of sound wave transference to control disturbing noises that penetrate our environment. The recorded noise in transferred into a computer that assess its frequency and at the same time delivers a countering sound wave to remove the noise and produce silence. So, I guess it is going to be a wonderful device for those who need some peace in today’s hassle bustle city life.

Avery Holleman has developed a PC design that can turn out to be a very useful tool on your conference tables. Named as Napkin PC, the design resembles a Napkin holder, which combines multiple touch screen devices within a collaborative network. The digital pens which are a part of the device allow the users to draw on the touch screens what you would do with a pen on a napkin. As per the designer, the reason for creating the concept was to enable users to interact with any number of interfaces connected in the same network. Of course this is one napkin wherein one won’t feel embarrassed keeping notes. We already discussed some of Next Gen PC Design finalists, such as : Siafu PC Design, Zen PC, Yuno, Momenta Neck PC, The Cup, CLEF and TRVL, and the winner goes to Napkin PC Concept, congratulation Avery!
