Mac Motorcycles are the latest motorcycle design range consisting 4 bikes crafted by two British design studio Ellis Pitt and Xenephya Design. This development is an outcome of over 9 months of diligent effort of the design team. All the models comprise the same engine and feature 500 cubes of working volume. These concept designs are described by Ellis Pitt as an outcome of confusion between Italian motorcycle Chopper and some others. These concept models have been named as Spud, Peashooter, Ruby and Poarer and several hundreds of these are waiting to be launched as per the developers and further developments will take place on demand.

Earlier this year, Toyota and Royal College of Art Students (RCA) have launched a creative partnership to promote innovative design for urban living, using Toyota’s new iQ city car as the inspiration. Students were asked to create an item that reflect the concept of ‘intelligent urban living’.
Yusuf Muhammad, was the winner of Living Room category and joint overall winner. His Yu Type design sits on the computer keyboard and allows ‘hunt and peck’ two fingered typists the opportunity to increase their speed and confidence. He is now thinking about developing the idea and hopes to include features like spell checking and predictive text to increase its appeal. Judges praised the way he addressed a social issue of an aging population within the urban context.

Modern folding bike from da – designers is not the only folding bike concept. Cube bikes has worked with Gregor Dauth to design urban street concept bike, that’s when this folding urban concept bike was born. Based on the idea of swiss army a folding knife, in order to fit into a smart car, you need a bike that can be folded to fit into a rucksack. No more excuse that you don’t have space in your car for your bike.
