The MinuteMan car concept can give one a smooth ride on the highway or maneuvering oneself in the busy city traffic. In doing so it is helped by the small wheel base and the unique functioning wherein each axle has its individual electric motor working in opposite of each other. This activity enables one to shrink their foot space resulting in maximum driving pleasure. Nissan Nuvu is a concept designed to offer next generation car from Nissan with rear-mounted electric motor and lithium ion battery pack. The design of this concept car is quite unusual and small. For city use, the Nuvu’s performance is more than adequate. Across the all-glass roof are a dozen of small solar panels. Basically, natural, organic and recycled materials are used to make its cabin. The steering of the car is very direct for quickness and maneuverability in the city. No one will have any problem in crowded roads and limited parking slots with this tomorrow’s city car.

The new building concept designed by Zaha Hadid Architects in Farrer Road in Singapore would be an architectural wonder if one looks at the designs. The overall design wishes to communicate the florid vegetation in the Singapore’s climate. The overall project is organized into 7 towers growing from sunken private gardens in the landscape to the sky above. The lower floor highlight the point of buildings meeting the ground, yet providing private space for gardens and vegetation which is unique given the kind of construction involved. The overall look and feel of the tower is like petals blossoming and it sure will not just be an architectural marvel but a revolutionary one too.

The problems in our urban transportation are the overburdened infrastructure and the urban traffic that cause critical landscape. The Slimbus is short distance mid capacity ferrying vehicle or urban passenger bus concept for highly crowded situations. The Slimbus is extremely narrow, 1.2m and meant for only short distance travel, so all passengers stand, thereby allowing for much more capacity. Slimbus in-wheel motors power all the five wheels, with the front and rear two being held via hydraulically actuated wishbones, thereby allowing the vehicle to lean into turns.
