The collapsible bicycle concept designed by Blair Hasty was primarily designed as a vehicle for daily transport usage. Featured in the 2004 International Bicycle Design Competition in Taiwan the concept has the pedals shifted to behind the driver so the overall weight transfers from the lower back to forearms and pelvic bone and the posture while the rider is prostrate while riding the bike. The designer has utilized the space by placing a large bag at the creating a thus creating storage space for the rider. Also to add on it is collapsible and the bag comes handy then. So no need to look for parking space, take it straight to your workstation, plus it is healthier for your body by using bicycle for daily activities.

The new DN01 motorcycle design by Honda surely can be termed as outlandish. The stunningly beautiful design combines the exhaust of Hornet 600 while providing rear end storage in maxi scooter. It will boast of 680cc v-twin engine with fat header pipes on display as in cruiser style, even cruiser-style foot boards and shift drive with ABS. The ride seems comfortable as it is a laid back version of the maxi scooter and on a long open road it definitely is a comfort ride. Also it comes in manual 6-speed sports mode and in full automatic drive mode thus giving the feel of a car in a bike. With no gear changer, is this really a motorcycle? Or is it some strange kind of scooter? Honda definitely brings a beginning of revolution in motorcycles.

The Pi electric bicycle uses a semi-automatic 8-speed transmission to downshift into a lower gear for climbing hills, then up shift for rapid acceleration to a maximum of 20 mph on flats and allows you to pedal normally because the motor automatically disengages when not in use. Powered by a 750-watt electric motor housed in the horizontal chain and motor assembly, the Pi electric bicycle is capable of three modes of operation: electric motor power, human power, or the human-electric hybrid power combination. The unique design and development of a molded plastic frame allows the bicycle to incorporate all of the innovative features within its fluid and fluent shape. Furthermore, the IZZY bike owner will be able to recycle the main frame, thus revamping the color of the bicycle – simply, cheap, and with regard to the environment.
