Mercedes F-CELL is a concept Hydrogen-powered buggy roadster which is able to attract anyone’s attraction by adding a fiberglass body, joystick control and hydrogen-electric fuel-cell power unit. The car is supposed to contain all the technologies that the top-shelved Mercedes cars have. It boasts a fiberglass and carbon fiber body structure, a compact fuel cell of 1.2kW is being used for power generation and the top speed of this car is 25 km/h. The car remains away from the traditional steering wheel rather it is using a joystick control for driving. The silly, big spoked bicycle wheels are another attraction of this car.

With increase of vehicles on roads, it is but naturally shrinking the parking and the road space available for cars. Add to that the depleting natural resources, auto makers are trying to make concept cars that addresses both the problems. The 2-seater CityAnt seems to be a derivative of this thought as the vehicle runs on electricity. As per the designers it is an amicable solution for short distance rental service which can run on self service model which shall be controlled with membership. Looks wise it’s cute and the addition of alloy wheels is a boost in the overall look and feel of the car.

The Pi electric bicycle uses a semi-automatic 8-speed transmission to downshift into a lower gear for climbing hills, then up shift for rapid acceleration to a maximum of 20 mph on flats and allows you to pedal normally because the motor automatically disengages when not in use. Powered by a 750-watt electric motor housed in the horizontal chain and motor assembly, the Pi electric bicycle is capable of three modes of operation: electric motor power, human power, or the human-electric hybrid power combination.
