Seems like it’s time for designers to look back in time for getting inspiring themselves as done by Christophe Pillet. He has designed a contemporary set which comprises of a bottle, two glasses, and a tray which is accompanying Remy Martin’s top of the line cognac Louis XIII. As per the Remy Martin, it is a perfect tribute to the heritage and class of the quality of cognac that Louis XIII signifies. The design of the bottle also signifies the richness and heritage that was significant during the times of Louis XIII thus the overall design is immensely rich and classy. So, it is truly an inspiring tribute.

The new FC Sport fuel based car from Honda was recently displayed at the LA Auto Show is one traffic stopper. The designers have taken into their advantage the flexibility which is extended by the fuel cell powertrain as it is placed on the back of the driver. It’s a 3-seater with the styling of sports car major McLaren F1 vehicle, where in the driver is in the middle with passenger seats on side and back. The concept car is right now under study and testing to understand the full utility of the product. Though there may be a possibility of Honda releasing a full fledged version for commercial use.

A new concept has come into existence with this revolutionized submersible boat, called Ammonoq. It is equipped with all the necessary accessories to survive beneath the water. Fin wheels provide a steady movement in water where as on-board re-breather facilitates a comfortable breathing for the passengers. It provides easy accommodation for three passengers with a remote key transmitter to control any internal or external devices. A GPS sensor tracks the exact position of the boat and redirects the path wherever it goes.

Peugeot’s HYmotion 3 is a concept vehicle which facilitates urban mobility by bridging the gap between an electric scooter and a car. This vehicle comes with three wheels – two in front equipped with electric motor and one in the back powered by a diesel engine. HYmotion 3 is a hybrid vehicle that can be driven in the city in an electric mode. It is a slightly leaned and small frame vehicle with a maximum speed of 70mph covered with a glass on the top. This is something very desirable in today’s world of hectic roads.

Nissan Nuvu is a concept designed to offer next generation car from Nissan with rear-mounted electric motor and lithium ion battery pack. The design of this concept car is quite unusual and small. For city use, the Nuvu’s performance is more than adequate. Across the all-glass roof are a dozen of small solar panels. Basically, natural, organic and recycled materials are used to make its cabin. The steering of the car is very direct for quickness and maneuverability in the city. No one will have any problem in crowded roads and limited parking slots with this tomorrow’s city car.
