S-KØRP1 Aero Bike Has Been Designed and Developed in Partnership with F1 Manufacturers

Andre Fangueiro, founder of Studio Lata has designed an aero bike for S-KØRP1. It’s claimed to be world’s most comfortable aero bicycle that would redefine rules of bicycle design. As an industrial designer, Fangueiro wanted to design special frame that can boast the bike performance. The evaluation of this bike and development of the shape started with the definition of the target group. Through in-depth analysis of current gaps in the market, S-KØRP1 wants to fill those gaps.

Utilizing aerospace materials and working in partnership with F1 manufacturers, this bike wants to provide rider with unprecedented and ultimate riding experience.

S-KØRP1 bike has been designed with innovative frame using space-age materials, cutting edge development technology, and a new approach to aerodynamics. Andre Fangueiro explained that after interviewing end-users and did some analysis on the data, they started to build first CAD and using FEM finite element + method. Based on inputs, trials, and design thinking, they could run several topology exercises until finally predicted the perfect frame for this bike.

S-KØRP1 aero bike features ultra-light frame yet very tough, it boasts outstanding vibration and absorption capacity. It has high mechanical resistance and durability.
