Everybody recognizes Rotring as the brand name for high quality products in pens industry. Flex Mech pen design was inspired by sleek and contemporary design of Rotring products. The mechanism of this pen is located at its curved shaped elbow top. It is a flexible rod housed in a tube that pushes the ink down with a spring. The design is simple and technical. Metal body with a slight knurling and the elbow aluminum which encloses the “Flex Mech” recalls the industrial elbows. The bottom of the pen is aluminum painted black. A pretty nice looking pen.
