Raptor concept board was born as the result of collaboration between the designer and the Italian car manufacturer AlfaRomeo. The initial instruction was to design a sport accessory that reflects the strong characteristics of a modern lifestyle of “Alfista”. After a thorough research on various extreme sports, Andrea Mangano chose to design a board dedicated for speed-down races. Raptor has been designed with 3 layers structure to increase its strength and balance. The mechanical front and rear arms allow its user to bend without losing balance. This skateboard is painted in red and black colors which are the typical characters of Alfa Romeo brand.

Andrea Mangano – designer of Raptor/ Alfa Romeo, has the same problems like BMW Street Carver/ by Stephen Augustin/ BMW's Southern California. Using tilting, long swing-arms, Raptor + BMW Street Carver are more prone to break, overloading designs, very high prices, etc. The wheels =not ideal for tilting. Where are the shock absorbers ??? Raptor looks nice at the top/ 3 layers structure??/ massage at the wooden leg, that does not increase balance/ stability.
