This concept is called the Need Cell Phone and provides you with two OLED display screens. One of these is a touch screen that can be modified.The phone has a sliding scroll mechanism that can be moved up and down. If the scroll is on top then the phone is in a locked mode. It makes perfect sense to pursue the development of this concept.
