Complete with: condoes, apts, homes, undersea dining vistas, Water Park, Au Natural Park, boat dock, Boat rentals, Mini sub rentals. WindFarm, Undersea Tidal HydroFarm, Aquaculture complex, Heliport, Internal connecting Subway?, Star Trek style Turbolifts?, Dish TV array, Sonar, for about 10K. Wow.
