With recession in 08+ Ive seen NO new construction since attending event Feb 2009.
Nothing is moving, cranes idle.
Very compact city complex & NO bridge X LV Blvd.
Unique. X from new ENCORE Casino, Las Vegas NV.
I agree, nothing stands out as Unique vs

the architecture is not very imaginative or distinctive. i dont see anything that would make me want to go there.
