Jez is a unique vacuum plastic spread board with spikes, it’s a special project of Snežana Jeremić. It’s almost impossible to use only one hand when you use food preparation board to prepare your meal. Jez is designed specially to help people who have difficulty in preparing their meal with just one hand.

Snežana Jeremić explains that this board would help preparing food a bit easier not just for people with one useful hand but also for people with weakness in both hands. Those plastic spikes help to hold the food or help tenderized meat safer.
