An innovative food carriage system has been designed keeping in mind the technological structure of industrial catering insulated containers. Designed by Giulio Valerio & Vinaccia, the containers can be easily transported with the help of wheels, keeping food fresh/hot for sale during street markets. The container’s interior wall has been insulated with polyurethane, while the modules are designed with rotational molding, injection technology. The entire system is completed using a semi-circular work surface, advertising posters placed in front of the counter and support legs. The containers were studied primarily to become the structure of sales counter. Well, the modules as well boast speakers to cheer cooking service with customary music.
