Even Blind People Are Safe From Scams With Braille Credit Card

The Braille credit card concept by Yongsuk Kim aims to facilitate the visually impaired and blind people with the opportunity not to depend on others about their financial transactions, while being completely safe from credit card scams. This card, one of If Concept Award participants, generates Braille after completing every transaction on the plastic knobs to let the user know what amount has been billed to him or her. Also, a miniature speaker has been incorporated with the design that tells the user the sum out loud. This feature can also be helpful for elderly people who are barely able to read Braille but still can enjoy the card transaction facility.
