Moving around children on a stroller, especially at designated locations like the airport, is always a hectic issue. The Stow Away concept stroller has been designed to simplify such an event by converting itself to the appropriate dimensions of a carry-on luggage. As a result, you can say goodbye to the tiring hours that you used to spend carrying your child around after storing the stroller under the plane. On the back of the stroller, you can find mesh pockets where baby bottles, diapers and blankets can be stored and accessed easily. Moreover, the mesh screen will block harmful lights and yet let you keep an eye on your child.

The handy counter will keep track of your steps and the colored lights indicate the health condition and needs of your pet.

CubeTots : Educational Cubes Game for Children

CubeTots is a simple game that can teach children shape matching color identification, character development, alphabet and number reconviction, and sensory skills through vibrations, lights and counting. The shapes can be stack up in any way as the children want and they will get only ten seconds to stack them up numerically or alphabetically, before the toy will start vibrating and the whole stake fall down. This is only one phase of the game; there are many other alternatives of playing the game, each with different innovations. This toy is designed for children between 4 to 6 years old.

CPLEGIA : Conceptual Cerebral Palsy Walking Unit for Children

The CPLEGIA is a concept cerebral palsy walking unit that is specially designed to develop the walking skills of physically immature children of over 5 years old. This fully automatic walking unit has three different states. First one is an arrangement where kids can use their feet-to-ground power while sitting on the adjustable seat. Second state is for advanced walking practice, where the seat is straightened up so that the kids can walk standing with back support. Third and the final state is for more advanced treatment, where kids will walk without any back support. This product will enhance the social life participation of physically undeveloped children.

The Tilt n’ Play concept features two different stages to help developing the basic skills of Children, first one is Music Mode and another is Alphabet mode. Since these two modes come in different attachments, children will have the freedom to choose any of the modes when they want to play. The toy includes two games, each with the ability to develop hand-eye coordination a d sensory skills of your child. During the game, the child will be notified by the game whether he or she is doing right or wrong through chimes, vibrations and vibrant icons.

Jenny : The Mother’s Baby Care Bed by Thiago Antonelli

Having a premature child is always a difficult experience, especially for those parents who are going over the intimidating and technical environment of NICU or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Jenny is a specially designed infant care bed aiming to redesign the role of the parents when they are inside the NICU. This product will allow the mother to stay closer to the child physically and creates a peaceful division between the environment of the unit and her child. It is being anticipated that the combination of Jenny’s technical utilities and the affection of the mother will help the child to get well sooner.

The design of “jenny” allows parents to be physically closer to their babies. The storage is now at the “staff side” of the incubator creating an empty space which parents can use to put their legs. Parent’s can open half of the incubator dome and are encouraged to have physical contact with their children.

To facilitate physical contact between parents and child is an important part on the development and care of premature infants

Set Up is designed to be used easily at home which incorporates an inflatable rug and a belt to wear for the players and includes various play methods, games and rehabilitation programs. Players can communicate with the main system through the adjustable rubber-line belt gadget for various body sizes.

When the players make some movements on the mat, the belt converts the movements into light and vibration. With a rehabilitation specialist’s prescribed program, this product will allow patients to keep up with their conditions easily. As a game, Step Up works as a catalyst for children’s creative activities, and can target both educational and active games.

BubLuv Concept Aims to Reduce Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)

BubLuv is a concept design by Michael Geedrick, a student of Queensland University of Technology, which is a monitoring device that can help parents to reduce the incidents on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or SIDS amongst infants. BubLuve monitors the children when they are sleeping and alerts the parents if any serious respiratory situation occurs. BubLuv is designed in a way that can measure carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations of the child during the sleep cycles of the infants. Later on, this device interprets these data to find out the exact situation and relay to the parents through gentle glowing signals.
