Shake it! This is how you clean and empty Shake Dog Potty from Modko. The name itself came from the unique method used to clean this unit, just add water, shake, and empty. Having this dog potty comes in handy when you just don’t have the time for a morning walk or stuck at work the whole afternoon, your dog won’t make any mess on your floor. The product design is stylish enough that you can leave out in the open and it folds for easy storage or traveling.

The sleek design allows this dog potty to lie flat on the floor, the rubber feet prevents it from sliding or creating scratches on the floor. You don’t need a garden hose or bath tub to clean Shake, the slim profile allows it to fit under standard sink faucet. You can open the cap and add water using the oversized fill hole, then shake and empty the content into the toilet.

One of the goals behind this project is to allow dog owners to carry their best furry pal anywhere they go. With Shake Dog Potty, your furry friend will always have familiar spot to go, even when you don’t have place to empty it, just fold it up and empty it when convenient. It’s suitable for small to medium sized dogs.

Children are afraid of the doctor for many reasons, some of those reasons would the cold an strange medical equipment as well as environment. TouchWarm is a concept diagnostic device that adds unique interaction during the diagnosis process to eliminate the fear factor in children’s mind. Cold stethoscope doesn’t feel comfortable when it touches your skin, children feel the same way. This device features heating platform when children choose to press the button, it will warm the stethoscope. There are multiple light pattern to choose, such as: an egg, chicken egg hatching, a snail, chicken and butterfly, etc. By choosing this pattern, the stethoscope will also emit the same light pattern, pretty cool isn’t it?

Dogibag : A Travel Bag Concept for Small Pet by Nicklas Ekstrand

The project task was actually to design a modern and stylish suitcase, however, during his research, the designer found out that the market was lack of smart and nice looking travel bag for small pet. Dogibag is a travel bag for small pet, you can drag the bag just like regular suitcase. There are good ventilation located on both sides, while the transparent lid (with slightly raised side to protect the lid) provides great visibility so that you can check your pet at all times. Larger sized rear wheels are used in order for smooth glide on any surface, including mud or ice.

Inside Dogibag, there’s a food and water bowl which can be refilled without opening the lid via small pipes. Each pipe has removable rubber cap for easy access.

Mama’s Heart – A Futuristic Baby Crib Concept to Soothe Your Baby to Sleep

Inspired by mother’s belly, Mama’s Heart offers a cozy and comfortable crib for babies up to 2-years old. The goal is pretty clear to us, a crib to make the baby feels as if they are still in the womb. It’s clean, comfortable, and quiet, a perfect environment for baby to relax. This concept crib features 4 functions which all are used to keep the baby as comfortable as possible from playing to asleep. First, there’s air adjustment function to set temperature inside the crib via air renewal system, this means baby will always get clean and fresh air for healthy environment. The second function is cradle, the baby will enjoy subtle swinging or rocking motion to soothe him/her to sleep, this function utilizes magnetic suspension system. The third function is play, it generates unique light patterns using LEDs to charm this little angel, and the final function is sleep function where soft sounds are played to mimic the natural sound inside the womb.

The materials used for Mama’s Heart are good for sound insulation, thus protect the baby’s little ears from sound on the outside. The dimensions of this concept are suitable for baby to toddler, the cotton mattress is removable for easy cleaning.

Dog House Dryer Concept by Lucy Jung

Pet dryer house is already in market and it is well used in lots of pet saloons and some family houses. This product has shown that it is less stressful for dogs and cats to be dried without peoples hand touching them too much and with less dryer noise. However, there were still problems. First of all, it gave impression of microwave – making people think it is animal abuse. Also, although it had two versions for house and for pet saloon, for house use version was still taking too much of space in consideration of frequency of product use. Lastly, even though it is safe, pets could get scared inside the product.

Dog House Dryer has been designed with more friendly shape with plastic and fabric yellow pleated door so user can open it when pets feel nervous inside the dryer house. Also, product usage has been increased so that when it is not used as dryer it can be used as dog house. It is easy to take on and off the dome for users. We think ventilation and timer control are must have in this Dog House Dryer concept, to avoid the dog becoming overheating while drying which can lead to heat stroke.

Accurro Baby Stroller by Ciprian Andrus

Accurro Baby Stroller has been designed especially to be used while doing sporting activities such as jogging and cycling. This concept brings new elements in stroller design with its multi-functionality, ergonomics, safety and relaxation methods for both parents and children. This stroller is ideal for people who love outdoor activity and adventure.

According to the designer, Accurro Baby Stroller project is a revolutionary concept that will bring stroller design to a whole new level. The shape boasts simplicity, fluidity, safety as well as attractive design, it is very easy to assemble. Available baby strollers in the market are not far from traditional construction line, therefore, the production of Accurro is expected to create significant impact. New features implemented on the strollers are usually for adding new accessories instead of upgrading the stroller functionality itself. That’s why we need to come up with something different, something that breaks the pattern and very well defined over the years.

Accurro Baby Stroller consists of 2 major parts: the shell and the frame. The shell shape resembles a motorcycle helmet which offers a great protection for the child inside. It uses the same materials used when making motorcycle helmets; therefore, it’s pretty lightweight yet resilient to impact. There’s a built-in sound system inside to entertain your baby, it’s been specially designed not to exceed certain decibel limit.

The smooth shape with no folds or striations very attractive therefore can actually become a decorative object in a room. Inside the shell there is an extensible and ergonomic seat which offers the possibility of seating the child in different positions weather it’s lying back or sitting up straight. On both sides of the shell there are two gripping systems which help attach the shell to a seat belt while it is accommodated inside a car.

The shell offers an increased comfort level through its animation and delight features. For the parent this element turns into a modern accessory which sets the tone for the stroller industry.

The Frame is equipped with an adjustable suspension system according to the child’s weight and according to the terrain. The front wheel has two spring systems which offer the stroller the possibility to run on an off road terrain like a bumpy trail or a forest path. The front wheel is effortlessly detachable from the frame through a simple and easy to use safety system. Likewise the back wheels are as simple to detach as the front ones therefore considerably reducing the amount of space occupied for storage. The snap-on grip system situated on the center of the frame has the role to grab and secure the shell on the frame. The handle of the stroller is ergonomically designed for running and it resembles the handlebars of a bike and offers support and a good grip for the person pushing the stroller. The frame can be equipped with a large variety of accessories corresponding to the costumers needs. Among the features we have wheel fenders, different styles of handlebars fit for speed, speedometer, signaling systems for those traveling at night etc.

The logo of the Accurro Baby Stroller is based on the word ACCURO which means in Latin ‘to run towards smt.’ exemplifying the purpose of this stroller- running (jogging). The packet if made up of two cardboard 100% biodegradable boxes, one for the shell and the other for the frame and the wheels.

Whaletale Suitcase Provides a Clean Space On The Floor for Your Children to Crawl and Play

Whaletale suitcase offers unique solution for parents when they are in an over crowded airport with children. Parents need to keep their children entertained while waiting for their flight, letting kids play on the floor is not an option as we know airport carpeting or floor is not hygienic. Whaletale suitcase comes with a detachable mat that folds out and become a hygienic space where your children can play, crawl and relax.

Open and spread out this mat a.k.a blanket, parents can use it as a space for changing infants, feeding, or simply to work. This nice concept was actually the result of an assignment on “transformation and transition” project, it would be really nice to see this concept comes to reality, many parents would love to buy this. The Whaletale name itself came from the shape of the mat, in this way, parents can sit on the narrow side with their legs stretched out to surround their kids when playing. Even when folded up, this mat straps onto the underside of the suitcase so that you still can have access to the bag’s content.

Whaletale suitcase also acts as a place to lean up against when sitting, perfect to work with when all airport walls are already filled with other passengers. The mat itself is very easy to clean, making it an attractive product for a family when traveling. If that’s not enough, there’s a special mobile app where you can build a community with other families to setup Whaletale camp together or just get in touch.
