Each unit is composed of 3 main elements:
A. Inner Garden Core of 2,70m x 2,70m x 1m (height) that integrates 9 seats, 9 cigarette disposal units, 4 planters, and a main bamboo central planter with a water outlet system. The garden is composed of Bamboo Trees, Aromatic Plants (Japanese local Variety of Mentha arvensis) and Chrysanthemum. The use of local varieties facilitates the maintenance and survival of this small landscape system.

Cigarette Disposal Units are integrated on the unit with a top aluminum center chute and a metal lined container where cigarettes are contained and extinguished inside the metal lined container. The disposal units can be removed for easy cleaning, maintenance, and recycling.

B. Shelter System. It is composed of a triangulated aluminum mesh structure with a variable thickness of 10 to 50mm, and finished with a recycled glass on both sides with gradients color from black – yellow – green. The structure is connected to the core by system of tubular columns in which there are rings mechanism that provides stability to the system. This design was inspired by the traditional Amigasa hats and developed after different operations of manipulation based on the project.

C. Motion and Support System. The complete unit is supported by wheels with 6-inch diameter, tire rubber and swivel bracket with a brake at each wheel and a controller to control them all; each wheel is estimated to support up to 300 kg load.

PH Conditioner Skyscraper concept is set to be at 700 to 1000 feet high (200-300meter) where acidic pollutants gather. The aerocyst filled up with H2 at the top of the building provides buoyancy to it while the porous membrane attached to the air bags absorb any acidic materials and put them into the main purifier to be neutralized. In this way, all acid pollutants can be transformed into neutral liquid with ammonium salt which later absorbed by plants on tentacle pipelines as green nutrients. Any other remaining liquid will be delivered to the terminal tank and become the source of reclaimed water.

This project was a part of Evolo Skyscraper design competition which explores dynamic equilibrium between human and nature.

The shape of GO is inspired by vintage field cameras. The primary desk window of GO is similar to the lens of the camera that reaches out to gather light for capturing a memory of a moment in time and space. Also, inspiration for the interior layout comes from an aerospace flight simulator design. Since managing a business as well as operating computer software can sometimes feel like you are piloting a craft, GO’s desk area is made to feel like a cockpit.

When seated at the desk, one gets the feeling that they are in control of the direction and distance of travel for their future. A wrap around desk where three sides are easily accessible reinforces this theme. Lastly, to give a sense of depth and motion on the interior of GO, the main desk area including the floor, walls, ceiling, and shelving are designed to be a forced perspective focusing on the main window view.

The Go Portable Office includes a covered entry porch, a coat closet, a day bed, a primary desk area, a subsidiary desk space, shelving and storage cabinets, side windows and a skylight to help save power for lighting during daylight hours, operable side windows and skylight for natural ventilation, a wall mounted presentation/meeting computer monitor, and a wall mounted air conditioner/heat pump. A stretched version of GO is available that includes a toilet, kitchenette with a sink, and potable/waste water holding tanks.

Go Portable Office is constructed of a metal frame with rigid insulation infill. The exterior envelope is made of aluminum composite panels (ACP) mounted on a waterproof membrane. Two sides of GO have ACP planking floating on sleepers to help cool the structure during hot periods of the year. The aluminum rooftop is obstruction free for a solar collector film if desired. The interior finish for GO is birch faced plywood.

As usual, you can plainly see the characteristic of Zaha Hadid through extreme curves and flows, it radiates beautifully through 3 main structures which are linked by pedestrian landscapes. Beautiful outward views and balconies at its exteriors aim to engage this site’s unique location and surrounding views into some of its gallery spaces. There’s an external plaza faces Meixi Lake Road which can be used for exhibitions, outdoor sculptures, or any other events.

The Multipurpose hall or a small theater is characterized by its flexibility, it can be adapted and transformed to variety configurations as needed. This hall can accommodate up to 500 seats, ideally for hosting fashion shows, small events, or small concerts. To ensure continuity, working hours of different venues are overlapping with each other during 24 hour cycle for example the Museum is closed in the afternoon while the Grand Theater has just become active, the small theater is available during day and night. This means that all commercial tenants will benefit from each other’s neighborhood, thus, making sure the site is lively 24 hours a day.

The material used is plastic which can be folded as a construction method, using a CNC router, each piece of this temporary house is cut and scored flat which later folded and welded into shape. The plastic is very unique, it can be folded into different shapes without losing its strength. It looks like an accordion, it expands to create space and can be connected to other houses for greater space. Inside the house, you would also find facilities such as a stove, a sink, a bathtub, a water tank as well as multi-functional furniture which can be transformed from a bed to dining table.

Combined with Tricycle Garden, this project creates a complete home with a front garden. You can plant not only grass but also vegetables and tress, several gardens combined together can form a large public green space.
