The sterring is faniful, a simple offset linkage would work fine. I also think it needs side panels to stop stuff falling out. Other than that it looks like it could actually work. My considerations are to the costs. as has been stated up thread, fly by wire is the very expensive domain of planes and racing cars. Unladen this scoot would have terrible steering dynamics with practically no weight over the front wheel. If it had any sort of power (which is unlikely because it looks electric) the front would also lift and skip, and as soon as you try to lean into a corner you're going to get a closeup of ashphalt. And how does it steer? There's clearly no mechanical linkage that works between those 'handlebars' and the front end, which means its fly-by-wire, not only a first for a 2 wheel vehicle, but rare in cars and usually the domain of high tech racers. I would be so pissed if a potential client called and I had to say "Oh it is 33" tall? Sorry I can only carry stuff that is 32" tall." I think this is a great idea that got hijacked by the "this would look cool" syndrome. I would suggest the designer look at actual working cargo bikes more to understand the usage of these vehicles.
