Traditionally, café racers are meant for riding from one café to another in a city or between neighboring cities. But what if you want to ride it from your local café to the café on another state or perhaps another country? You wouldn’t want to do that, right? Quite obviously the biggest obstacle stopping you from doing so is the enormous amount of discomfort that would creep in from riding a café racer for a long stretch of time. You would want the comfort provided by a modern day cruiser or a touring, but would you mind the extra weight and bulkiness? Keeping these in mind, Aritra Das presents to you all the Café Cruiz concept motorcycle.
This bike here retains the characteristics of a café racer and with the touch of modern technology, it gets few other essential features. It has heated and adjustable handlebars and seat, cushioned thigh supports around the fuel tank which can also be heated so that the rider’s body remains warm and active during the ride in colder weather. It also has adjustable foot pegs. Rider can easily customize the handlebar, seat and the foot pegs to suit their own riding style.

To ensure that you can effortlessly blast through the highways (or corners), the bike gets a 147bhp air cooled, 990cc V-twin engine. This engine is also capable of running on bio-fuels! While you are blasting through, the cowl above the headlight adjusts itself automatically so as to deflect oncoming winds from hitting rider straight as much as possible. Rider can fit an additional windscreen as well! In order to make head turns on the road, this machine has been designed to incorporate the above mentioned technologies in an elegant and simplistic way to retain its café racer looks. It’s a modern (or a not too distant future) iteration of a café racer with cruising superpowers!
