Apollo Innovation in surgical illumination offers conceptual light that uses laser technology which offers better and more efficient system compared to halogen or LED system. The laser technology is able to provide luminous efficiency of 170 lumen/watt while LEDs can only provide 100 lumen/watt. The compact dimension is a plus point that enables this lamp to be used more flexible.

User can arrange APOLLO up to four elements due to its basic module design, it offers high flexibility to meet every illumination scenario in a surgical context. The overall design helps provide positive impression on the staff as well as the patient. The built-in sensors are very handy during surgery, because surgeons don’t have to manually adjust the lighting situation throughout the surgery process, in this way, they can focus on their tasks without any interruptions.
APOLLO maintenance is pretty easy, the service bar on the upside slides out for easy access to the laser units. Laser diodes have a service cycle of 90.000 hours in comparison to the 60.000 hours of LED technology, so, long maintenance cycles and flexibility are the kinds of features that could make APOLLO an ideal light for the operation room.
