There’s a traditional Korean proverb that says “The bottom of the lamp is dark”, meaning that we often criticize our neighbor for not cleaning their environment but actually our doorstep also need cleaning as well. Airway is a concept self-driving vehicle inspired by that proverb, it’s a autonomous vehicle that eliminates road micro dust.

The 25% part of city’s roads is located very close to where people live, however, in reality, there’s a smaller and darkened part of the city’s road, which are closest to where people live accounts for the highest contribution of dust. Airway Autonomous Vehicle is specially designed by Yoo Hyunseok and Hyein Park to become a cleaning vehicle. It is able to operate 24 hours unattended. This concept vehicle is hoped to solve problems of today’s dust cleaning process on the road, it is expected to be more efficient and more effecting compared to humans.
