			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The All Terrain sport coupe is a two seater, electrically powered vehicle with two driving modes helping the driver to run it on both smooth and rough surfaces. The first mode which is “Road Mode” keeps the car in a shape of a normal vehicle and allows it to travel along the traffic. When the user switches it to Off-Road mode the vehicle becomes higher and wider since the wheels come out and the chassis becomes higher to allow the car travel through rough terrains such as steppes and deserts.  There are solar cells placed on the glassed door so that when the user stops the vehicle and lift the door, the cells can produce some extra power. Under the transparent bonnet there are two extra lights helping the user to travel through the desert during night.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lovos means Lifestyle of Voluntary Simplicity. Therefore, the concept BMW Lovos project is not like the usual process of designing, crafting, vehicle acquisition and management, rather, the project is a meaningful symbol of conscious self-restraint, that can encourage the viewer to discard their common ideas about the number of exterior elements that a car should required. The body of Lovos contains 260 interchangeable identical particles that can open and close like fish scales. These elements are mobile and help gathering sun energy through solar cells by changing their positions as soon as the car starts running. The interior is warm and soft, making a distinct contrast between technical and mechanical appearance.</p>

The lightweight construction of Mytho has been achieved through using recyclable materials. <blockquote><p>The MYtho, is a concept car designed to be simple, but at the same time sophisticated. With inspiration from vintage cars, like the woodies, i was able to find a sustainable design solution for the side panels, which are made of compressed wood also the whole body is made of aluminum, in order to be recyclable.</p>
<p>The &#8220;tech&#8221; factor is in it&#8217;s OLED displays, build-in solar cells, and HUD display&#8217;s for the driver.</p>
<p>The form of the car is very simple, like the hot rods from the 30&#8217;s. The open wheel design, the huge front grill, and the low profile of the car, are just some indicators of this.</p></blockquote>

It comprises functional Grätzel panels that works inside better than outside and their textures are envisioned to be transparent, giving an alluring appearance. Hello gives back radio its traditional captivating ability in the current age of miniaturization for electronic items.  Evoking the esthetic of tube amplifiers, Hello showcases cells with complementing color and directions to capture most of the spectrum of light. A new generation of solar cells has been born : thin, coloured, translucent and even flexible. The source of this revolution is EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), where Professor Michael Graetzel, inspired by plant photosynthesis, began to use molecules from colorants to transform the sun&#8217;s light into electricity. His work drew heavy praise from the scientific community, resulting in a World Technology Award. But when they place their phone on their desk in silent mode, it creates an even louder noise because of vibrating. iHammock is a concept iPhone dock where your phone can relax while getting charged in a stylish and innovative manner. This functional device contains a parasol that acts as a solar power battery charger. Users will open and flip the parasol under direct sunlight to get electricity and fix it on the hammock in order to charge their iPhone.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Peugeot BB1 concept is actually an excellent combination of a traditional Peugeot scooter along with a Peugeot car. The key objective of this project is to offer a car that is ideal for city living and driving on busy traffic. Even with this compact shape, this car can make room for 4 passengers including the driver as a result of efficient interior design. The roof structure can easily puzzle a viewer to be a solar panel or something like that. The innovative horn shaped steering wheel has clearly taken this car apart from other traditional wheel-shaped steering mechanism cars.</p>

This concept demonstrates a stylish living in the classical sense with all the required facilities and presents a new dimension of innovative vision. tubiQ is a completely modifiable water home where people can live in which way they want and wherever they want. Built with aluminum and fiberglass, this sturdy construction provides ultimate functionality with comprehensive safety from harsh sea weather. tubiQ is a modular concept that combines the dynamics and elegance of a boat with a refined living area on at least two levels. A tubiQ is made up of various interchangeable modules which can be fitted and connected to each other in many different ways. Within limits the tubiQ can be designed in full by the customer (length, height, interior design and the number and sizes of the rooms).</p>

On demand the tubiQ can be equipped with state of the art electric engines and solar panels. This, combined with a water system that represents the finest level of liquid filtration, makes the tubiQ totally self supporting. tubiQ makes it possible to $enjoy your floating life anywhere you wish.</p>
<p>tubiQ is designed by Marcello Ligabue with Daniele Gibertoni, produced by Teknokat Marine S.r.l. and will be on sale from autumn 2009 in two basic versions: tubiQ48 (one deck) and the tubiQ59 (two decks). The tubiQs can be delivered fully furnished or casco with a price that varies from 240.000 € to 590.000 € ex VAT.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Melbourne Taxi 2020 is a vehicular and systematic TAXI design concept which is proposed for Melbourne city for the year of 2020. The concept utilizes an electric TAXI vehicle and supported infrastructure with recharging booths placed at vital points around the city. The design of the vehicle is mainly focused on safety of the driver and passengers, reliability, ease of use, iconic design and minimal environmental footprint. The highlighted features of the vehicle are GPS and mapping system for passengers and driver, Smart card system, passenger info and entertainment hub, hydrogen fuel cell, solar panel system including recharging hubs and battery generators.</p>

This proposal is focused around providing an alternative view of what the future of the Taxi might be. The vehicle is designed around the user and this is reflected in the safety of ingress/egress, the passenger/driver compartment split and features for ease of use by passengers. Features include, split for driver safety when used as night rider, GPS and mapping system for driver and passenger, passenger entertainment/info hub, Smart card system, disability access and focus on curb side access only. Technological features include the hydrogen fuel cell, battery generators, solar panel system and recharging hubs.</p>
<p>The overall aesthetic of the vehicle is influenced by the Australian environment; space, relaxed ambience, unique identity, comfort, security, and a ‘can do’ attitude. These unique characteristics immediately identify the vehicle as special purpose and also set it apart from other vehicles on the road. The curb-side DLO captures the essence of the Taxi in that it is inviting passengers inside for an experience.</p>
<p>The footprint is emphasized by the wheels being in the outermost corners of the vehicle which allows for greater volume and also a very level and balanced stance. The roof features an acrylic opening area to allow for a greater sense of space while also allowing a great vantage point for passengers. The solar panel is also cleverly housed on the roof to harness the most energy from beating Australian sun.</p>

<p>Curb side access only for passenger ingress / egress safety. All doors use a slider system for minimizing the overall footprint of the vehicle whilst it is in operation. Access for wheel-chair bound passengers is catered for by providing a platform that extends to the curbside to allow access. All rear compartment seats tuck away to open-up maximum floor room for wheelchair access. Rear trunk also operates on a slider system.</p>
<p>The rear compartment is split-up to allow for better communication for the rear occupants. Rear seats fold away to allow access and floor clearance for wheelchair access. Heads-up display on split window for accessing features such as map, places of interest, fares and also for advertising. Driver to passenger split is driven by &#8211; safety and privacy. The split ensures security of the drivers whilst also providing a more private booth-type environment for passengers. Doors split open at the centre to allow for maximum operating opening distance.</p>
<p>Polycarbonate is used throughout the vehicle due to its impact resistance, relative lightweight, optical qualities and high temp resistance. The chassis comprises of aluminum to minimize weight.</p>

<p>Curb-side access only for passenger safety, bright orange livery for visual impact, safety-cell for passengers and driver all contribute to overall safety. Optimized seating configuration allows greater interaction, comfort and ease of use – especially the fold away seats for wheelchair access.</p>
<p>Hydrogen fuel cell technology coupled with electric generators / batteries propel the vehicle. The solar panel is used to harness extra energy as well as the recharging hubs when the vehicle is used to pick up passengers.</p>
