Robot Harvester Design For Gathering Rubbish from Shopping Centers

The Robot Harvester is a self driven robot concept that has been designed to gather rubbish from shopping centers and street territories, and put them to the right place for disposal. Not only the small rubbishes, the Robot can gather big rubbishes as well using manipulators. It features two web cameras and sensors to detect length of an element which will help it to estimate the territory and locate the place where the rubbish is awaiting to be picked. The scope of small rubbishes is created through a couple of diagonal sweeper-collectors that can sweep just near to the edge.

After sweeping, the rubbish is dumped inside the tank which is divided into two parts: one for small rubbish and another for bigger one. Big rubbish are put by manipulators and falls through upper hole, that is closed with plates. The plates work using the principle of jalousie from small serve drive. All rubbish will be put away from the robot automatically, and its tank can be put away for washing. Recharging of accumulators is automatic too.

Transport Heavy Items with Special Designed Helicopter

Use of Helicopters for lifting heavy items are not that trendy in the recent world but still there is always a need of a helicopter that can lift gigantic items for easy and quick transportation. This heavy lift robotic helicopter concept was designed during last 2008 with keeping giant lifting capabilities in mind. The innovative design will let the helicopter to pull a remarkably high object and the placing of the propellers have made them easy movable to offer better control. Both of the landing beams are supported with three hydraulic legs that can increase or reduce the height of the giant lifter.

The basic principle for the helicopter is to serve in the military as an unmanned helicopter to help out the construction crews build bases quickly. Dual propellers mounted on either side give stability as well as an incredible amount of lifting capacity considering the size of the vehicle. It’s just near the size of an average sedan but could easily lift a military grade hummer or whatever supplies the crew/troops need.

Maneuverability is key and so the engine pods can pivot in any direction needed to fit into small spots or to find its way through a city. Two cables come down from both ends of the vehicle to attach onto the object needing transport. The landing gear can also be used to pick up objects or to give the object some stability when in motion.

Tag Heuer Prosthetic Leg by Koo Ho Shin

The idea of new prosthetic started from people’s perception of prosthetic legs; both the amputees and “spectators: which is a sad reality but true”. Prosthetic has been developed based on the understanding of body anatomy and movement, but since it neglects the lifestyle, satisfaction, or personality of the amputee, this vital device for human activity still remains in a stage of “a landing gear”, or sometimes C3PO or Robo-cop.

The social acceptance is based on how much the prosthetic resembles human leg, but there hasn’t been any active movement to bring prosthetic leg from a utilitarian gear to a highly fashionable accessory that reflects the amputee’s taste, possibly a prosthetic that he/she want to show off, and don’t have to bear with people looking at them pathetically anymore.

The demand of prosthetic leg could go higher due to accidents, wars, and mostly, aggressive increase of type 2 Child diabetes, which is unfortunate but opens more possibilities to enable personalized mass manufacturing. Therefore, this prosthetic concept is designed around the 3D scanned data of the real person’s leg; Once the real leg is scanned, the data can be modified according to the condition of the limb, which makes the prosthetic “my leg”.Tag Heuer, co-brand company of this prosthetic design which has sporty, bold but elegant high-end products, has a long history of preciseness and accuracy, and has been a great sponsor for various sports activities. The design follows how we see a watch; usually hidden behind the sleeves but reveals and shines occasionally when he/she moves. This prosthetic Tag Heuer’s bold taste, but still hides the complex detail mechanism.
