Mosquito E-Bike with Removable Pole and Ergonomic Design

The Mosquito is a lightweight and attractive concept bike that is designed to get around within the city in a whole new way. This E-bike features electric motor which is powered by lithium batteries which can be charged fully for only 50p. Once charged fully, the Mosquito can run about 60 km at a top speed of 50 km/h. The bike features a removable center pole that has made the ergonomic design of the bike even easier to get onto it without affecting the stats and handling of the bike. The frame cover has made using different materials such as woo, plastic and carbon fiber. Most of the parts of Mosquito are available at traditional bike stores which minimize the maintenance and repairing cost.

The FuChat, An Environmentally Friendly Phone Concept that Detects Your Emotions

The FuChat is a cordless phone for the home that can make both Internet calls and regular calls. The FuChat is also an interactive tool that allows users to increase their emotional self-awareness. The FuChat phone has sensors that can detect changes of tone in a person’s voice and changes in body temperature, in order to alert the user of their current emotional state. The goal of this function is to make interaction with the phone a more personal experience, improving communication by tying human emotions into an electronic device. The FuChat phone is made from renewable plastic to reduce its impact on the environment. Online account management and support is also included with the FuChat, allowing people to easily configure and manage their phone through the Internet.

The FuChat is made from a biodegradable plastic made from renewable materials like corn starch and sugarcane to reduce its impact on the environment. The FuChat uses a light aluminum compound for the inner framework to increase its durability. The environmentally conscious materials in the phone will appeal to users that are concerned about protecting the environment.

The FuChat uses emotion to increase effective communication. When the FuChat detects a change in the user’s tone of voice or body temperature, it will change the display, text, sound, lights, and color on the phone. Emotional self-awareness can help with business calls, personal calls, general awareness, or people with specific needs like anger management. If the user is busy and does not want to be disturbed, they can set the phone to block all calls and record voicemail messages. The user can enter information about important events into the FuChat and the FuChat will remind the user of these events before they happen. Two-way interaction with the FuChat will closely bond the user with the FuChat.

The FuChat is a tool people can use to convey personal information with others in their home. The back of the FuChat displays the user’s emotional information, the time, weather images, or the “Do not disturb” icon when they are busy. The phone can also hang from a door-handle using the hole on the top of the phone while displaying messages like “Do not disturb” or “Busy studying.” The bottom of the FuChat is weighted so it can stand upright on any flat surface in order to display messages.

The FuChat connects the user to their environment through interaction. The wall-mounted base station of the FuChat displays weather conditions, temperature, time, and caller ID for incoming calls. Weather information is taken from the Internet and is displayed using lively images. The front of FuChat also displays caller ID for incoming calls, has a numbered keypad for dialing, and has buttons to make a call, hang up, and select menu items. Access to regular land-line telephone networks provides additional reliability in the case of Internet outages.

Hybrid Individual Transport for China in 2020

Jamie Tomkins was challenged to create non-emission vehicle for this high and increasing populated country that meets the needs of urbanites as well as complying with Chinese government policy. After a research trip to China, Jamie developed vehicles based on a future concept of the city – the Beijing Boom Tower which is designed into three tiers or social classes. On the top tier live the wealthiest residents, in the center are the middle-classes, and at the bottom live the working class. A vehicle for each level was designed.

Jamie Tomkins took on the bottom level and looked at the ubiquitous Chinese bicycle as a starting point for his design. His hybrid bicycle has a metal and plastic frame with plastic detachable parts that can be changed to create a unique style. The use of plastic means the hybrid is lighter and with interchangeable parts it is more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

In the 21 century people are still cleaning the street with basic tools: broom, scoop and can. It’s hard and clumsy, but still very important for the people and quality of city life. The main problems of street cleaning are : the use of broom and scoop at the same time, transference of the garbage from the scoop to the cart can, lack of space for personal bag or other tools, most cleaning carts have poor image.

Zvulun – street cleaning cart with scoop device in front of the cart and cylindrical can between 2 big wheels. The cart makes the work more comfortable, fast and effective. The broom is installed in the static side of the wheel. The cart is supplied with a big cell for personal needs. Design of the cart was inspirited by hi-tech style and ancient transport. The frame of the cart is made of iron. A can, scoop and the cell was made of recycled plastic injection. The wheels are filled with silicone rubber.

The unique design and development of a molded plastic frame allows the bicycle to incorporate all of the innovative features within its fluid and fluent shape. Furthermore, the IZZY bike owner will be able to recycle the main frame, thus revamping the color of the bicycle – simply, cheap, and with regard to the environment.

Alpha futuristic TV design from Brionvega offers you an LCD TV set with built-in DVD player. Alpha futuristic TV is characterized by a design which reminds of the immortal decorative masterpieces of the Thirties: Le Corbusier, Breuer, Mies, Eileen Gray.

Alpha is composed of two slender elements joint by a frame in chrome tube within which the special wirings are pulsing. A choice which comes from the rejection of the assumed bidimensionality of common LCD screens, always supported by a cumbersome pedestal, and which focuses on a new layout with the capability of containing the space required by electronics and DVD player.

Take a look at the remote control, it is really eye-catching, you can feel the quality of the entire product the moment you hold it in your hand. The material’s used for this futuristic TV is die-cast aluminum, not metalized plastic. Beautiful !

AudioTorch Wireless Music System

AudioTorch is a wireless and Ethernet Light and music system with a built in cd player and speakers. It was designed to be applied on any corner of the house with a projection menu displayed on the wall. With the wireless controller you can change the color of the lights (menus and projections) as well as control the cd player, sound menus and Ethernet music listings play from your home computer. ATM&L system is made of aluminum and abs plastic covered with a rubber thin layer.

The wireless controller sticks to the volume button which has an interior magnet. AudioTorch as an handle on the back of its frame to hook on the fixation piece attached on the wall, and by this way sustain the system to the corner of any wall. Turn it on, light your place with color and listen to your favorite songs.

Memory Board is designed to bring order into the increasingly hectic bustle of everyday life. It is ideal for use in the kitchen, hall or workplace. The concept consists of six boards (39,5 x 24 cm) made of stainless steel and plastics: a white board, a magnetic board, a key board, a picture frame, a calendar board incl. calendar and a letter holder. Aesthetically appealing and decorative, the Memory Board is designed with functionality in mind so as to be easy to set up and use. The individual boards are simply latched into a plastic rail with recessed adjustable holes (supplied as part of the package) or slid in from the side.
