First INtelligent Extinguisher (FINE) Robot

FINE is an intelligent fire extinguisher designed to effectively fight against a domestic fire. It can be easily used as a traditional fire extinguisher by an individual. Also, it can alert the fire fighters if a fire takes place when nobody is at home and starts putting out the fire automatically until the fire fighters involves with the situation. This compact product contains an infrared thermometer to sense flames, a rolling base, a container of powder and collision sensors to evade obstacles. It comprises a usual smoke detector and moves towards the fire to pulverize the powder into the core of the fire.

Spurt Bicycle Trailer for Ambitious Cyclists with Kids

Nowadays, concept designers are concentrating on delivering better products which not just look good but also address many of the essential concerns that the user has. Spurt is a bicycle trailer designed to satisfy the parents and children alike. The concept ensures that it’s far beyond its good looks as it also ensures the basic needs of riding a bicycle like agility, safety, and comfort. The design addresses the problem of poor vehicle handling, as the overall construction makes it easier to maneuver and handle just as a normal bicycle with the difference being that the passenger sits inside the wheel on the floating seat. Thus, the rider can concentrate on riding the bicycle rather than concentrating on the passenger!

Max’s words :
Since SPURT is always following the track of the bicycle, the rider can concentrate on the trail in front. The big wheel overruns obstacles as easy as the voluminous tire absorbs vibrations. The construction makes steering easy under narrow condition hence the trailer is just as wide as the bike itself.

As the small passenger is sitting inside the wheel on a floating seat he enjoys the comfort of a simple damping system. It becomes unnecessary to wear a helmet inside SPURT since the whole body is covered by a hard plastic shell, while the body is kept in place by a sportive strap-system.

An easy to handle built-in rain cover protects the child against bad weather. The self-illuminated coating assures visibility in the night and the attention of motorists in the daytime.

This is a unique vehicle called by the name Hurricane and features the design that is inspired by the speed and power of the hurricanes. The steel gray structure looks immensely stylish and shows off the powerful stature of the vehicle. It has wheels that are complexly coiled in order to enhance the speed and pace of the automobile. The handle is strong and there is a screen to shield the rider from all obstacles. There is a steering that is set with a rod for better user interface. This is surely one of the most powerful automobiles that have ever hit the market.

Cute Joebot Can Dance For You !

The next generation WowWee robots series from WowWee Robotics, takes robotics to the next generation. Set to be unveiled in the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas later this week, the two playful companions are something that you more than asked for. The first one is Joebot, which is a regular fully loaded interactive friendly neighborhood robot which also has sense of humor up its sleeve. It also responds to key phrases using the sound sensors, so much so that one can make it dance to the tune as it replicates the same without a hitch. While the other one named Roborover is softer and down to earth version as it gradually gets comfortable with continuous interaction. Quite innovative one must say!

The Joebot robot is a content-packed, walking, talking interactive buddy with a sense of humor and rhythm. Featuring voice command control, the Joebot robot is capable of responding to key phrases via sound sensors; he can also be controlled by his responsive hands or by the Robosapien™ robot’s remote controller. The Joebot robot is not your average Joe – in fact, he can beatbox and dance – just tap out a beat and he will repeat it perfectly while grooving along. His movements are fast and fluid, and he is able to avoid obstacles via infrared sensors or detect if he falls over with tilt sensors. Various modes include Wandering, Patrol, Talk, Guard and Battle Modes. The Roborover robot is a talking, tread-based, roving explorer with an inquisitive personality that grows to become more confident as users navigate and play with him. The Roborover robot is operated via remote-control and features poseable arms, head and waist. This shy little explorer features spoken content, various driving-based games, infrared sensors for obstacle avoidance, and tilt sensors allowing him to perceive when he has fallen over. The Roborover robot also features a “Follow Me” homing function that will trigger this exploratory companion to search for his user – even in the dark! Sensor-based LED headlights will automatically turn on in the dark to illuminate his path.

The CAM is Camping Activity Mobile. More than your typical camping vehicle, this heavy duty off-road camping vehicle can take the happy camper anywhere they would like. The wheels are dual mode, with the 5 spokes extending proud of the try to give additional grip when needed and the front and rear bumpers are made of rubber to allow for minor bumps and scrapes without the need to replace them.

This new camper design by David Fearnley is surely something for the one who love to travel. At the onset the front looks more like been lifted from the batman movies as it looks a little mean machine; the side doors have been designed such that it acts as a sitting place wherein after a long drive one can just relax over there or take a snap to capture the scenic beauty.

The unique seating configuration allows the driver to have a clear view of obstacles ahead and be more confident to drive on. The other seats are designed to allow the passengers to look out of the windows and enjoy the scenery while they travel. These windows has been envisaged as being able to be tinted at the flick of a switch for privacy and security when the vehicle is left alone.These seats then fold down to allow for a flat floor within the vehicle, and for added space the rear section extends to for an additional space when the vehicle is stationary. Under the main rear section is a pull out draw that is a great storage area for anything wet or filthy as it is away from the rest of the gear.
