VineGuard is a concept agriculture robot for near future designed to be used as an innovative working animal. The inspiration of this project came from the fully functional insects that needed to be eliminated. This concept insect killer machine works autonomously, leaving the user to relax from fretting about their work to be done. In special cases, this vehicle will provide the information to the owner automatically. It includes heavy duty batteries that provide hours of working by using a single motor on every wheel. The spraying mechanism comprises a nozzle and a camera that provides real time detection of the grapes and spray on them accurately.

Capshell Smart Medication Storage Will Alert User To Take Their Medications

The Capshell is an intelligent medication storage that will eliminate the ever increasing non adherence tendency amongst the elderly. This portable and elegant tool reminds the user to take their medications at a preset time and will record the intervals of taking medications. The schedule of Capshell will be set by a pharmacist according to the requirements of a particular individual, loads the storage on a weekly basis and ensures whether the patient is taking his or her medications timely. By adopting Capshell, the elderly community will surely be able to reduce the number of mistakes they are doing regarding taking their medications.

How it works:
The Capshell is a medication storage device that records when medication was taken and alerts the user at the correct intervals programmed by the pharmacist. If not attended to, then via Bluetooth an SMS alert is sent out to the users phone.

The outer shell slides round, revealing the corresponding opening for the time of day. This eliminates the use of the pinch grip by enabling the medication to easily fall into the palm of the user’s ready hand.

The user reloads the Capshell daily by removing the inner capsule and replacing it with a new one. Each capsule holder has the name of the day on the circular end.

The memory chip in the casing records what time the case has been opened. This information is logged for reference so that the health care professional can monitor if needed. The following week, the user returns to the pharmacist to reload the containers and the pharmacist can check the data. The pharmacist checks whether the user has been able to access the medication and at what times, and whether the user has missed any intervals.

A doctor would also be able to check the device for the same purpose. The recording device in the product assists the doctor in keeping accurate patient records. If the patient’s symptoms have not improved with a prescription, the doctor can discover whether it is due to the choice of medication or if it because of incorrect medical adherence on the patient’s behalf.

The PC tower concept “Level 10” is a combination of functionalizing and philosophizing beyond the eye-catching factor just like most of the other Designworks project. The design team was inspired for this approach from the computer industry and has made this machine with futuristic game components, virtual townscapes and expressiveness. Each world-class component featured by this design is enclosed with its own shielding case, rendering it as an integral element of the design and guaranteeing transportability and interchangeability. Moreover, the concept contains the best possible cooling mechanism which is also very important for the hardcore gaming machines.

Vestalife Firefly and JewelBox iPod Speaker by RKS Design

When you look beyond Vestalife’s products, competitive iPod speaker docks are driven by function and lacking in character and emotional appeal. When closed, the Firefly design uses negative space to dissect its overall shape into three distinct sections. The bold breaks and gaps give the design a layered look and hint at the promise of kinetic transformation as the system is opened.

Vestalife Firefly

The metal rings on the base, front, and rear of the Firefly add a refined, sophisticated feel. Angled, hidden hinges allow the Firefly speakers to open, not just to the sides, but also moving slightly forward, in a welcoming and embracing posture. In front of the iPod dock, there’s a subtly-curved, touch-sensitive volume control. With the speakers open, a “billboard” area is revealed on the center face of the Firefly. The Firefly will come with interchangeable faceplates to allow for personalization. Factory customized faceplates will also be featured in limited edition models of the Firefly.

For the Jewelbox, the RKS design team was inspired both by the velvety, rich textures used in the Ladybug and by the famed Fabergé eggs. A symbol of the height of luxury, Fabergé eggs are known for their artistry, rich detail, and for the promise of a hidden surprise. In this case, the hidden magic is the opening of the Jewelbox to reveal the speakers and the iPod dock. The touch-sensitive power and volume controls give the Jewelbox a friendly smile whether opened or closed. The speakers are designed to accommodate factory-changeable graphics for special edition models.

The product is Mac Case made for Mac product specification by keeping the simple and clean design outlooks. The shell of the suitcase is made from white plastic material with high gloss finish that reflecting mac identity. The suitcase frame is made from aluminum with hairline finish, which is functionally as the case structure and strengthen the suitcase when it knocked or drop. The inside part is applied a fabric vinyl coating to impress the softness of the interior and safe for the product protection. Solar Powered Street Green Technology Concept with Movement Sensors

This is an energy saving product for public spaces. With its 7.3 square meters of the main panel with solar cells and with MoSESS (Movement sensors energy saving system), it is able to provide illumination throughout all night. All objects that are part of this concept are connected to each other by an underground connection and also to electric grid which enables sharing of leftover energy in cases when this is needed.

Public telephones and other public services (such as Automatic telling machines, Internet services, informational services) that are put in streets for more convince to customers consume electric energy. Not only for illumination but for different digital devices such as computers, LCDs, information panels, wireless devices… More and more of these services will be available on streets and more energy will be needed to support them. Solar public multipurpose booths provide, whatever the apparatus is inside, with necessary energy. Also every booth has lights that are powered by the same solar panels.

Futuristic Dodge Tomahawk Motorcycle Concept

The Tomahawk is a Viper V-10 based motorcycle, a 500 horsepower engine with four wheels beneath it. The engine breathes through twin throttle bodies mounted right up front. The Tomahawk concept is an awesome-sounding machine. Clouds of blue smoke vied for attention with the throaty rumble of the mighty V-10, and hitting the gas visibly opened the twin throttle body blades up front where the headlight would normally be. Though deeper and more rumbling than most motorcycles, it did not seem to be louder overall – just deeper and less shrill.

The Dodge Tomahawk can reach 60 miles an hour in about 2.5 seconds, and has a theoretical top speed of nearly 400 mph. Each pair of wheels is separated by a few inches and each wheel has an independent suspension. Bernhard said four wheels were necessary to handle the power from the engine.
