JIBO is a project in cooperation with Samsonite which is a suitcase which focuses on Storages, Mobility, and Emotion Attachment. The Inner Box can be used as a divider in the suitcase or double protector of your expensive articles. It can also be taken out and attached to the frame to expand the space. JIBO has retractable wheels and slide bars for snowy surface, soft surface and stairs. Casedress is the clothes of your JIBO, which is available in different material such as knitted fabric, leather and colors. Before the journey, choose a clothes for yourself and don’t forget chose one for JIBO to make a perfect match.

Organik Motion symbolizes an evolution of one of the world’s most cherished, widely used and ecologically friendly modes of modern, mechanical transportation – the bicycle.

Organik Motion seeks to combine existing basic ergonomics and functionality with state-of-the-art design, materials and technology. This enhances the bike’s overall ergonomics, performance and sustainability, hence, propelling this unique and inspiring mode of transportation further into the 21st century and into our hearts and lifestyles.

Organik Motion Is based on a Z-frame concept. It features a fully integrated braking system, integrated front and rear suspension systems, an integrated shaft drive and a height adjustable saddle and handlebars. This comes along with a joystick-mounted gear and break lever system, which is integrated in the ergonomic handlebars. Additionally, the bicycle features a static inner wheel system with safety features such as integrated reflectors on the rotating outer wheels and a taillight, which is mounted in the bike’s frame. The concept of Pendulous was created by understanding a range of incentives empowered by society, it addresses our needs and wants to captivate and conserve the environment. The need for transport has evolved based on demographics and positioning of the business infrastructure. To set the wheels in motion, Pendulous was aimed within an age radius of 18-35 which accommodates a large sector of society who rely on the use of public transport.

A major pitfall for the daily commuter is poor coverage levels in suburbia, traveling in compromised comfort and the rise of fuel prices which quash the possibility of upgrades in the system. Pendulous is geared to facilitate comfort, allowing the user to accomplish everyday tasks in life with ease. Its progression is designed to encourage an eco friendly attitude that will encompass a ripple effect in safeguarding the environment.

Shake is a mp3 player that can be charged by shaking when the HOLD function is on. With HOLD off, the user shakes the player for PLAY/PAUSE. The action of shaking the player to play or charge it is similar to shaking a pocket watch to wind it. The similar semantics provide an interesting yet familiar experience of giving life to an electronic device.The form of Shake was developed based on the language of a pocket watch, not only through the operation of shaking but also visually. Using the form from an established typology, Shake provides a comforting familiarity in a sea of electronics with foreign shapes and forms.

The use of kinetic energy to charge the battery not only solves an environmental issue, but also a more personal one. In situations like a long commute home, the user can enjoy personal audio without worrying about the battery dying out.

An electromagnetic coil is connected to the battery, converting kinetic energy into electrical energy that charges the battery. The player connects to the computer via a USB cable through the headphone jack, facilitating the transfer of songs as well as the conventional method of charging.

Shake would utilize kinetic energy generation technology developed by start up company M2E Power. M2E’s micro-generator technology delivers 300% to 700% more power than existing kinetic energy solutions (according to the company’s website), harvesting sufficient energy from normal daily and mechanical motion to power a wide range of mobile electronic devices.

This technology allows Shake to charge even in the user’s pocket while he/her is walking around.

The designer says : “The Colim concept – an acronym meaning ‘colors of life in motion’ – is an intelligent mobility concept which stretches primarily the bridge between caravans, camper, lifestyle and business. Dubbed a ‘lifestyle motor home’, the cockpit can be disconnected from the usable living space. The livable area is flexible, with individually applicable multi function modules. Designed for two people (max. four persons), the motor home offers the possibility to personalize its four mobile ‘walls’ according to the present life situation of the user. This flexibility is not only limited to the living area, but also features in the cockpit.”

When you look beyond Vestalife’s products, competitive iPod speaker docks are driven by function and lacking in character and emotional appeal. The Firefly’s organic, flowing lines and evolved geometric shapes give it a unique attitude and personality. When closed, the Firefly design uses negative space to dissect its overall shape into three distinct sections. The bold breaks and gaps give the design a layered look and hint at the promise of kinetic transformation as the system is opened.

Vestalife Firefly

The metal rings on the base, front, and rear of the Firefly add a refined, sophisticated feel. Angled, hidden hinges allow the Firefly speakers to open, not just to the sides, but also moving slightly forward, in a welcoming and embracing posture. In front of the iPod dock, there’s a subtly-curved, touch-sensitive volume control. With the speakers open, a “billboard” area is revealed on the center face of the Firefly. The Firefly will come with interchangeable faceplates to allow for personalization. Factory customized faceplates will also be featured in limited edition models of the Firefly.

For the Jewelbox, the RKS design team was inspired both by the velvety, rich textures used in the Ladybug and by the famed Fabergé eggs. A symbol of the height of luxury, Fabergé eggs are known for their artistry, rich detail, and for the promise of a hidden surprise. In this case, the hidden magic is the opening of the Jewelbox to reveal the speakers and the iPod dock. The touch-sensitive power and volume controls give the Jewelbox a friendly smile whether opened or closed. The speakers are designed to accommodate factory-changeable graphics for special edition models.

The Cell Wine Cooling System was conceptualized in response to the lifestyle needs of city dwelling wine enthusiasts. Cell has a modular design that can be configured to fit on any sized wall. The system is made up of multiple storage cells and one central cooling cell that pumps air throughout the system. Each storage cell is self-regulating, so that the perfect thermal conditions can be set for each individual wine bottle. Each cell can be easily detached from the wall to be used as a portable wine cooler if the user needs to bring a bottle to a party or picnic. Cell is intended for wine enthusiasts who do not necessarily have the space to house a large collection of wine but require a functional storage and cooling system that compliments a contemporary urban living space. The fluid lines of the Cell Storage System is a visual representation of the social, sensual, tactile, and, emotional qualities of wine.

Bajca is the new “Smile Keypad” for people who cannot do without “emoticon”. With a simple USB connection Bajca connects to the computer, adding 16 emotional keys that represents a different “smile” each one: finally each emoticon is found in one key, apart from before where a combination of keys had to be used in order to create the same emotion. New collections of Bajca will permit a large amount of expressions on the web. The keys can also be used to create personal jewelry to wear and show: everyone representing our emotions of everyday life! Designed by ADRIANO DESIGN for PROGIND, Bajca’s idea arise from connecting deeply the virtual with the real life. Bajca is the instrument that “make real” the emotion- a digital translation of every sensation- telling the story of everyday life; spoken, touched and wear every day.

Bajca is a new keyboard with sixteen keys to communicate the same number of different emotion/ actions. The keys can be replaced with others having different graphics and meaning. The keys can also be used to make emotional “jewels” to be worn, given away and exchanged. What may seem an ironic and playful game for teenagers is actually much more. It is the tool, the “pen”, for contemporary communication; a universal and empathetic communication based on small plastic “buttons”.
