The bathroom sink model provides a recess to safely place rings while washing hands. Also, the multi-purpose “U-turn” features a precast opening to place toothbrushes or other accessories like a customized liquid-soap dispenser.

The larger kitchen model includes an easy-access removable soap/sponge dish mounted on a rotating spout. The “U-turn” tip provides grooves to hang gloves, a watch or other personal accessories.

Considering this fact, industrial designer Zhdanova Irina has conceived the idea of a self sufficient mobile kitchen, EGGo. This egg shaped mobile kitchen has a water reservation tank, gas chamber along with a water sink and a burner. The glossy metal body doesn’t seem like a kitchen from any point of view but there are several layers of this kitchen with different useful features. You can use this kitchen inside your tent and can carry it easily on the top of your car.

This new compact dish rack has been designed in so that it fits the sink counter perfectly. The designers while designing this device have kept in mind the fact that it not only looks smart but also is compact enough to fit into the smallest of space provided. The design lets the pivoting spout to drain water directly into sink, thereby ensuring cleanliness and no water being on the dish rack or the plates. The plastic walls are also easy to clean thereby it helps in hiding the clutter of drying dishes. So this compact dish rack can be said to be a perfect companions for the kitchen.

This garbage disposing system is surely an appropriate alternative to the regular home sink in garbage which ensures that the food waste is composted rather than be sent down the drain. The device has been named as CompostAll, is placed under the sink and thereby it is a pretty convenient, discreet and odor free location for storing waste food with an alert light which indicates when the container is full and it also has easy carry and disposing of waste contents to the bigger container outside. There is not much change that one has to do when placing this device in the kitchen as everything stays the same except the wastage manner. Thus it’s an eco friendly way of saying you care!

Rubicona is a multi-function kitchen designed by Amar Cudic from Bosnia. This product is the combination of several components that are independent from each other and can be used as per user’s requirements. There are 6 different elements in each level where you can keep fresh fruits or vegetables. Each storage element is opened from front side in the shape of a cut and contains a function of air movement which allows food to stay fresh. You can rotate each level to 360 degrees and this will enable user to take food without moving. The color and overall design of this product is quite impressive and also make cooking more interesting and exciting for everyone.

Rubicona is designed as a multi-function kitchen which is combined from different components that are independent from each other and that can be used depending on the user’s request. Starting point for the kitchen was Rubicon square, which has evaluated and taken its current shape. Characteristics of Rubicona is that it is combined from different components (flat cook, sink for vegetables and fruits etc.) and each is combined from two levels of storages with 6 elements in each level, which enables to keep different kinds of fresh food (fruits and vegetables), so they are not mixed, and each keeps its own aroma and freshness. Each storage element has an opening from front side in the shape of a cut which works as a hook to open and also has a function of air circulation which enables food to stay fresh. Each level can be rotated for 360 degrees and that enables taking food without moving, no matter from which level! With the aid of rotating elements, cooking with more than one person at the same time is possible, whereby cooking becomes more interesting and more exciting.

Now no more worries for space in your kitchen because designer “Matthias Pinkert” from Germany has designed a wonderful appliance for removing your sinks and cook tops that take up a lot of space in small kitchens. Vesta Cooktop can be folded flat or vertically against the wall and out of the way when not in use to offer a larger working space. This appliance also contains a scanner that can read RFID chips which helps in providing information about cooking, times and temperatures and even recipe suggestions. The sleek design of the stainless steel and glass appliance will surely be liked by advanced and gadget friendly audience.

The idea of Cook Top Vesta is to give young, busy professionals more space to prepare their food and to give them more comfortable during the cooking. Young professionals do have mostly less space in their flats. Through a maximum flexibility in job and therefore in the place of residence they live in small apartments with a little fitted kitchen. So, the working area is very limited to prepare any food. Sinks and cook tops disturbs activities like cutting vegetables or knead the dough for the cake. In some cases you don’t need sink or cook top. Cook top vesta solve this problem through a fold up in a vertical position during the not using. So, it comes to more working area and you don’t want any extra kitchen utensils, like cutting boards to put over the sink or cook top, anymore.

It also contains a scanner that can read RFID chips, which are predicted to replace barcodes on product packages. These chips could contain information about cooking times and temperatures and even recipe suggestions. So, Vesta saves space, time and provides more comfort for the Internet generation.

Kohler Crevasse Prep Sink by Anne Kitzmiller

For all the people who find it a hassle to do rinsing, and disposing garbage, designer Anne Kitzmiller has come up with Crevasse Prep Sink. The sink has been developed in collaboration with Kohler kitchen design and engineering group, it controls rinsing functions and garbage disposal synchronization. It uses a unique technique to develop a safe interface which can be activated by human touch, thus eliminating any chance of activation by accident by a pot or a pan. A constant blue glow indicates the rinse cycle, and the synchronized garbage disposal cycle is indicated by a flashing blue glow.

Enex has come up with their “Hue and Funny” Kitchen, which they have claimed to be the future of kitchen design. It proposes a new paradigm for modern kitchen where relaxing space to rest and a joyous space of entertainment can be.

It is a new design with the idea that a sink does not always have to be rectangular. Coming from the beautiful curve of a seated woman, it minimizes the bottom cabinet to design a countertop that seems to float in the air. This curvilinear design breaks away from the conventional concept of design and creates a liberal island kitchen that has no restrictions in space and moving.
